Fantastic experience: BEST GYM AROUND Is very good for powerlifting, cardio, and especially bodybuilding. maybe too many machines and maybe very compact. But it seemed like I was training for the 90s Olympia. Got a really nostalgic vibe.

Negative experience: Dirty gym equipment, the owner is very much in your face while you are trying to do your workouts.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting Ludlow and wanted a gym. This place is a bit strange in thats its a pig to find, its in an old rundown industrial building behind a car garage. The guy was really friendly, showed me all kit and i paid £7 for a day pass. I've been going to gyms all my life and i have never seen so much kit, its incedible.

Fantastic experience: Don’t be put off by the view from outside, this place is a treasure trove of kit, some would say it’s a little OTT on kit, but for the trained eye this place has everything. With equipment designed to hit every muscle from every angle. If you’re a seasoned gym goer like me or a complete beginner (and if you are you shouldn’t be put off) there’s something for everyone. Keep up the amazing facility and keep adding to it, it’s great.

Fantastic experience: I travel with work so see a lot of gyms but live in Ludlow. Cast Iron Culture is a rare gem - it has every bit of equipment you could ever need (and more) AND people put the weights back in the correct places. I don't have to wander around looking for 20s, there are stacks of them neatly arranged. Love this place!
