Fantastic experience: A wonderful place, for a relaxing holiday Superbly maintained accommodation. All staff are very friendly and make you feel so welcomed.

Positive experience: Beware: Small, noisy non-electric tent pitches Liked: We liked the football pitch, the pool area, wild-flower area, bathrooms (toilet, basin and shower all in small bathrooms). Disliked: Small non-electric tent pitches (we had two for two families) while the electric pitches were large and had water (the photos you see for camping pitches with hedges either side and lots of space are electric pitches - non electric are about half the size with no hedges). We had to walk across the site to get water. We were very close to a very thoughtless, noisy family - spoilt our stay. Also no seaview from any pitches near us.

Fantastic experience: Love this site. Camping for 5 nights with family. Loved the pool area and snacks and drinks on hand. Generous pitch, well maintained. WC Facilities were average but fine. More washing up stations would have been good. However, they did offer a kettle, toaster, freezer, oven & hob to use with were very useful. Very safe and quiet. Nice area for kids to play and play football.

Le lodge où nous sommes resté était très spacieux et luxueux .avec vue sur la mer et grande terrasse avec salon de jardin .. Absolument aucun reproche à faire, nous n’avons manqué de rien. La piscine se trouvant sur le site est également tres agréable. Les ballades à pied en longeant la côte sont tres belles avec une vue spectaculaire. La plage se trouvant à quelques minutes à pied est très jolie avec différentes baies et idéale pour se baigner

Fantastic experience: Super miejsce pod namiot. Polecam brać miejsca z elektryką zapewniaja wiecej prywatności, toalety sa z kabina prysznicową, czystość na 4 gwiazdki. Spedziedzilem tam całkiem przyjemny tydzień pod namiotem. Dziekuje serdecznie polecam!

Fantastic experience: Great campsite stayed there for 1 night in my campervan large pitches staff were friendly also toilets and showers were clean nice peaceful campsite would happily use again I had a grass pitch non electric £15 per night can’t complain

Positive experience: We booked with are touring van, good size hard standing pitches with nice privacy hedges. Clean and tidy site. Sadly no views other than other caravans, trees and hedges. Toilet block clean and tidy but no heating on for the time of year we went so we’re very cold. (Very wet & windy April) Good size play area for the children and a pizza oven. Nothing on site at all, ideally could do with a small shop for essentials. Lots of walks/beaches and other things in the area. Narrow lane into campsite and sharpe bends so if not experienced or have a big van it’s not ideal. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful in locating are pitch and letting us no information. Overall we would stay again but maybe for a shorter period of time.

Fantastic experience: Spotless communal bathrooms, big, clean and warm-ish pool, great playground for children. 10 minutes hike to secluded beach. No nearby restaurant to walk to but plenty within a short driving distance. The shop is very limited! So you need to go to the supermarket in town before arrival.

Fantastic experience: Loved the caravan. Although it was listed as a platinum caravan, it was more like a lodge really. Very clean and bright and airy. The only thing that put me off slightly, was it's remoteness and the tiny single track lane that you had to go down to get to the holiday park. We had a couple of near misses of a head on accident when coming off the park, into these lanes. People who knew the lanes, often drove too fast round blind bends. Other than that, we had a lovely peaceful week there

Fantastic experience: Stayed on site camping for two nights. Facilities were clean to a high standard and the pool was wonderful and clean. Children loved the on-site park.

Negative experience: Feel tremendously let down for the price we paid to stay here. Have stayed in sites half the price with a lot better facilities. Pitches difficult to get pegs into to keep tent up strong during the windy weather. Our pitch was right outside the toilet block meaning constant light shining into our tent all night, and noise from others and smell. Woke up one morning to one toilet unit closed due to vandalism. Bins over flowing. The site is like a building site in most areas. No shop, bar, amusements. Minimal play area for kids. Pool cold despite being described as heated with bits floating around in it. Poorly lit dog walking area. Miles away from the beach with no buses or taxis around. You have to drive quite a way to get to anything interesting. No sea view from the touring area. Early check out time of 10am for the price paid too - with a £10 charge per hour if you are late to leave. Would not stay here again.

Fantastic experience: Sea View Holidays exceeded my expectations. The camping pitch had a breathtaking sea view, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and convenient. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway. Can't wait to return!

Positive experience: Great place to stay, off the beaten track and quiet. Have scored 4* simply because we've only been here 2 days and didn't want to get carried away.

Negative experience: We booked with our camper van and as a ‘tourer’ you are definitely second class citizens. The touring pitches are not sea view. On arrival we weren’t told where the facilities were so we had to find everything for ourselves, and nothing was signposted either. We went to see what the pool was like but discovered you needed a pass code which we hadn’t been told about either. I liked the idea of each shower having a toilet and washbasin all in one but 7 for the whole site is probably not enough at busy times. The walk to the beach is extremely steep so we only did that once! There is no shop/cafe/bar etc on site, and nothing within walking distance. You are supposed to bbq in the bbq area, again not signposted or marked on the site map and one small stone structure for the whole site, right next to the children’s play area so when you finish and leave it to cool it’s easily accessible for the children playing. As you’ve probably guessed, we won’t be back. Glad we had only booked for 2 nights.

Fantastic experience: Stayed for a week with an amazing view from our lodge which was immaculate and had all the facilities you could ask for. The site was clean and quiet. There is a beach within walking distance but it is very steep. There is another beautiful beach with a 5 minute drive with parking. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from 7 nights at this holiday park which was fantastic. The park itself is quiet but that's just how we like it. It is well maintained and has a lovely enclosed dog walking area with great coastal views and an outdoor swimming pool. We stayed in a pet friendly caravan and it was great, very clean and had bedding and towels included which was handy. We walked to Hemmick beach a couple of times which took us about 20 minutes but be warned it is a steep hill! We also walked to Caerhays beach (or Porthluney as it says on the sign down there) which took slightly longer, about 30 to 40 minutes. This was a fabulous beach but we decided to drive down (a five minute drive) on the 2 full days we spent there. On sunny days it gets busy and there is a cafe, bar, toilets etc so really good if you're spending the day there. The road to the park is very narrow but most of the roads around the coast in Cornwall are so you just have to grin and bear it! I would definitely recommend this holiday park and hope to stay there again the future!

Fantastic experience: We love Gorran Haven and it has a lovely Church ’Haven Church’ Sundays at 4 pm. A wonderful Church to visit if you’re within 20 minutes driving on Sunday.

Fantastic experience: Loved our weeks holiday here. Everything very clean and tidy. Stayed in a platinium caravan,wich was more like a lodge furnished anf kitted out with all you needed. Staff were very friendly. Wil hopefully be booking again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed on the touring park. Has greatly reduced in size as the other fields have been taken over by the dreaded lodges that they sell. I'm just hoping that this touring field doesn't go the same way.

The pool and playing ground were perfect for our two kids and the enclosed dog area a nice idea so you can let your dog have a hoon around as our does. Will definitely stay again. Fantastic experience: We spent a glorious week in one of the Pinehurst lodges. The park is so well laid out, immaculately cared for with the friendliest staff. Dogs and children are welcome and catered for but this place attracts the quiet kind of people (no bars, clubs or entertainment - great play area and pool though!) who just want to spend time with loved ones and enjoy the fantastic view and great positioning for exploring the whole of Cornwall. The local beach is a fun walk away and the sand and rock pools are outstanding. The other way (about 5 mins in the car) is Caerhays - another stunning beach with on site cafe and the gardens to explore. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also on your doorstep. The lodge itself was huge and brilliantly zoned - everything you could think of needing in the kitchen and ensuite in the master bedroom plus dressing room! The utility area was fab too - so useful if you come back sandy and want to use the separate sink. Delightful week - and we love you Lisa and your lovely dog Mils.

Positive experience: Peaceful place to be and clean. Entertainment for children: There is one playground, and a field with net to play "field" games. Also open swimming pool. Needs to drive 5 -10 min. to the nearest Beach with facilities.

Fantastic experience: My mobile home at Seaview is in the prettiest of locations where hidden coves and beautiful harbours invite you to explore the hidden beaches of Hemmick, Gorran and Caerhayes. Coastal views and stunning sunsets make for the perfect holiday retreat. Heligan (with farm shop) and Eden are great attractions for family visits. Staff are friendly and helpful when support is needed, especially for myself lacking in DIY expertise!

Fantastic experience: Our holiday home at Seaview is a great place for a relaxing, away from it all, break. We have stunning views and it is the perfect location for so many lovely beaches and attractions - Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden project, for example. We feel so lucky to have chosen this site with its welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Can't wait for lockdown to lift so that we can return and enjoy the peace and tranquility Seaview gives us.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to Seaview for the past 5 years and love it. The lodge is outstanding with fantastic views and there are great walks straight from the park. The staff are great and can’t do enough to make sure our stay is perfect.

Fantastic experience: Staying at sea view for a fortnight. Stopping in lodge sealawns 41 The lodge is 12 months old but is like brand new. Clearly well looked after with every thing you would wish for, en suite king size bed room with dressing room, twin with bathroom and great open lounge with kitchen diner Washer/drier, dish washer, fridge freezer, everything you would want A quiet site, with well spaced lodges and good views. Carhays a mile away with lost gardens of Heligan 4 miles Mevagissey is 3.5 miles with the best fish and chips We found a really super pub at polgooth on the way to st austell, which gave us a top rate sunday lunch Just got back from coffee at st mawes and settling in for a lazy evening Cant be bad!

Fantastic experience: Stayed in a seaview lodge, and can't recommend it enough. We had an amazing time and it was such a beautiful lodg and amazing views. And to top it off the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We will be back.

Open February to end of November, with swimming pool, children's play area , tennis and pitch & putt. Dog friendly site with coastal path walks and numerous visitor attractions, Eden project etc all on your doorstep!

Negative experience: Great location but very disappointing. If shouting adults, slamming car doors and screaming children at all hours are your thing then you will love it here. Woken up most mornings by loud TVs/ipads. Where we camped felt a bit like a sports ground at times with games being played in between the tents. The toilets were pretty grim from 8am onwards and showers were poorly maintained. Only 3 hooks and a couple broken locks. So much potential to be an amazing site but sadly the finer details clearly aren’t of any importance. Would love to stay again due to the beautiful beach so close by but would not recommend.

Negative experience: Very tired facilities, obscenely rude man in office. Definitely won't be booking again. Just a suggestion, but stop pushing static caravans down everyones faces and get some of the basics right. Swimming pool slick with human grease on tide line.

Fantastic experience: Spędziliśmy w Seaview Goran Haven wspaniały weekend. Mieliśmy to szczęście, że pogoda nam dopisała idealnie :) Miejsce jest bardzo czyste. Prysznice, toalety a nawet zmywak dostępne nonStop. Duży plac zabaw dla dzieci + basen z ciepłą wodą sprawiły naszemu maluchowi wiele radości :) Bardzo blisko do plaży, gdzie też można spędzić miło czas..

Fantastic experience: This place is fab, it has great views of the sea, a big play area for the kids including a climbing frame, swings, football pitch and tennis court as well as a decent heated outdoor swimming pool and table tennis table. Camping wise the site is mainly flat with electric hook up points for most pitches, these can be used in tents as well as caravans etc. There's a big pot wash area as well as decent toilets and showers and even a bath if you fancy one. The site is really well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful, there is also an on site shop and cafe and the prices of these are very reasonable. I camped here with my 2 kids and dog and we all loved the place.
