Negative experience: This gym is in poor condition and lacks adequate facilities. It urgently needs refurbishment to meet the standards of other gyms. Additionally, the layout feels too open, which might be overwhelming for some people due to the lack of privacy.

Negative experience: Purchased day pass but code to access gym did not work. Waited for over 30 mins to make sure it has time to activate and still nothing. No staff to help. No one knows what going on. Contact support is a joke. Ring bell no one answers. Had another actual member also leave because code didn’t allow access. Please return my money. Thanks

Negative experience: Sooo dirty. Smells awful. Bathrooms in terrible condition. Nothing to wipe down equipment with. Cancelled my membership and would not recommend.

Negative experience: The place is dirty and provides nothing to clean equipment with. They claim that it's being constantly cleaned but in 2 years I have never seen anyone wiping down equipment here so you just have to use sweat drenched benches and mats. There's often no staff at the gym and when there is they do nothing to enforce the rules. People hog equipment they're not using, drop weights over and over, and play music out their own speakers. Staff do nothing to stop people being really inconsiderate to others at the gym. On the app they say the capacity of the gym is around 170 people but they only have 4 mats for stretching. Some are often claimed by people who put their stuff on them and don't use them but won't let others. When you do get one they are worn out and dirty. They often close for days to "refresh" the gym and increase their monthly fees but all that happens is moving around the existing equipment. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. The rating this gym has is fake. They literally took many peoples phone and wrote the reviews themselves and went around essentially forcing people to write reviews as the gym walworth is terrible. THE WORST in the area and it's so cheap that they said that they cannot afford tissue paper and disinfectant spray. you cannot wipe down the equipment since there's no tissue. They made me write a fake review before but it's not right to lie so here's the truth. All the reviews written within the past two months have been forced! GET SOME TISSUE PAPER AND BE HYGEINIC its not hard

Fantastic experience: This gym has improved a lot since a few months now. The location is very good and staff very supportive. Luigi the Italian PT is very approachable and knowledgeable. He has helped me a lot when I had problems with my knee advising me the right plan of exercise to strength the muscle around the kneecap. I was very surprised because I have been to so many physio and hardly I had improved my situation. Very grateful for this.

Fantastic experience: I visited the leisure center at Walworth after many years, the gym is excellent and has everything needed to support needs, a lot different from when I was young, it was just a pool back then, but it has much more now, a great place to visit or join.

Fantastic experience: Luigi @VipBenefitPT is a wonderful service to get in shape wherever you are. I have been training with this service for sometimes now and the results are more than I excpected. I use to gain fat very quick and i feel so far my methabolism has changed so drastically that I can't eat much more without worrying. Definitely 5stars

Positive experience: I signed up here for the proximity. The place itself is not bad, but it is dirty and dusty. I understand that it is open 24 hours a day, but it is really full of dust. Some machines should be replaced, and the toilets need to be reviewed. A better cleaning would not hurt either. Ninety per cent of the lockers should be repaired or replaced, to be optimistic.
