Positive experience: Quite tired and dated. The treadmills are worn out and the belts skip sometimes which can throw you off balance. For the price I can’t really complain but one injury and they would regret not replacing old equipment sooner!

Fantastic experience: The Dengie Hundred Sports Centre is a great place to come for a workout, the gym is small but usually quite off peak, every time I come here there is usually some kind of fitness related activity on, such as badminton , spin class , body pump and hiit, throughout the week there are activities to suit all ages. At the weekends and some evening various running clubs meet up to go for a group run, there are usually events going on. Not to mention the regular rugby games. The atmosphere here is friendly and the staff are all helpful friendly and approachable. When the gym and various halls are not being used for sports they are often let out for private events such as parties and weddings. all in all this place plays an important role in the Burnham community.
