Fantastic experience: £5 day pass which is a bargain! nice gym in the middle of Penzance, perfect locations and good equipment

Positive experience: Nice little gym! If you're strength training, it's the place for you. If you're bodybuilding, it's not quite as good but it still works well. Old school weights & machines, best gym music in Penzance, and a very cheap day pass. These days, we're spoilt for choice with every fancy machine you could think of, but like I said, this place is old school so I had to get a little creative with supersets, but actually, I got a proper sweat on, got a nice pump and had a really good back workout. Good atmosphere, loads of mirrors, nice owner. 4/5. I'd train here again.

Fantastic experience: Great little weightlifting gym, not crowded on a late morning weekend in August. They've got benches squat racks full selection of dumbbells a few machines and some cool strongman stuff like stones and logs. Nice guys, let my girlfriend and I stow our luggage for the day. 5 pound day pass well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Decent little gym in a top location by the train station. Enough machines to use and free weights. There's only a couple of treadmills, due to the size of course but they work well enough, though I'd run to the gym usually for the cardio to save workout time. Enough equipment to use and also has a free weight room with weights from 1-50kg or something like that.. the big guy who owns it is sound... down to earth family guy. There's even some punchbags of different shapes and sizes and weights. The dog is a belter too. Reminds me of Chop from GTA

Negative experience: Extremely rude owner, arrogant , sarcastic comments , he was acting sleazy around women, making them feel really uncomfortable, he doesn't have any idea what professional means, or what customer service is. Avoid at all cost

Fantastic experience: Good old school gym. The equipment is a little rusty but that adds to the charm of the place. Friendly helpful staff.
