Fantastic experience: It's a good gym easy to get to staff are nice.

Negative experience: Not my cup of tea far to much exercising for my liking

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, equipment is modern and in good condition, friendly, for 24/7 the price is good, the atmosphere and energy are the best part of the gym, the staff all help they want you to achieve your goals, the people who use the gym are all friendly, positive with no judgement at all. It just embodies what health and fitness is all about.

Negative experience: Be wary of signing up with this company. As when you come to cancel, they still like to take payment of you 6 months on. This has been going on far to long. We even had confirmation of it being cancelled. Not impressed.

Positive experience: Great little gym. Clean, tidy and open 24hrs (shout-out to the 5am crew.) Good selection of free weights and spacious gym floor. The cardio equipment is top notch. Although, I'd love to see some hammer strength weight machines in there in the future as the current pin stacked weight machines aren't the best.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. The manager Sam always has a smile her face, is helpful & friendly. There’s great equipment and plenty of it. The studio classes are great too - offering a good variety & are fun & friendly.

Negative experience: Alright equipment, but the gym is always really dirty and messy. They seem to let kids (under 18s) in too, so it’s always busy. Equipment and price is OK, but not the best in the area, you can get better for cheaper

Fantastic experience: Love coming here whenever I want to with the 24/7 opening. Sam the manager is always friendly and helpful, love the staff and the classes are fun.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym and the staff Sam and Ethan are fantastic, gym is well equipped for my needs and I always look forward to my 3 Hiit sessions a week.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Good selsction of machines and weights. Very clean and if something is broken, it's quickly fixed. The people that use it, look after it and put things away.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with everything you could ever need spotless changing rooms and shower's. And the staff are very friendly and always have time to help you in any way possible

Fantastic experience: Great Gym equipment and all the staff are friendly, from management (Sam) to the PTs (Rob/Frankie) special mention to Jess and Ethan for their excellent customer service (always cleaning when i am in) and always a friendly greeting upon arrival. 24 hours usage is a bonus so you can use the gym anytime/any day.
