Fantastic experience: Took my grandson for swimming lessons. Swimming coach was very good. Facilities were excellent, the the pool and surrounding area were of a very high standard.

Fantastic experience: Joined a few months ago and have to say I'm very happy with the gym. They recently got all new equipment aswell. There's plenty of great classes including battlebox, Sherose's class in particular is always great , tough but manageable he's always very helpful in classes and around the gym, there is also a cardio tennis class that can be difficult to book onto due to its popularity but it's a fantastic class when you can get onto it. It would be good if they where able to offer more of the popular classes for after work times (ie after 6) but overall a great gym facility.

Positive experience: Classes and early weekday opening is fantastic. Disappointed they have closed both pools to children between 1pm and 3pm every weekday. Also not allowing non members to bring baby members to the sensory classes is absurd.

Fantastic experience: Got to be the most amazing health club I've ever been a member of. This club has everything and more. Yes it's more expensive than other clubs but there's a good reason for that. You can come for a workout, do a huge variety of classes, play tennis, squash, badminton, swim indoors or outdoors, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, quiet room, restaurant and more!

Positive experience: Since the branch got new gym equipment it feels exciting to go to the gym. Still not a fan of their policies as they are very expensive and make it as difficult as possible for you to leave. However, it is clean, good classes and pleasant staff. Had a PT session with Sherose, knowledgeable and good banter!

Negative experience: In this day in age how can you expect people to afford a 26% increase on their membership renewal and when you question it there is no explanation or discussion, your basically told that things change cheerio, didn't mind paying a bit extra but 26% get a grip, I done what you said and got in touch with the Support team, over a week now with no response, appears to be no communication, its as if you question a £355 yearly increase thats your problem, you wont pay, your membership will be cancelled, will be sad to leave as its a great gym but the lack of support or decorum from your support team is astounding. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of David Lloyd Renfrew for 4 months now. In the beginning I booked sessions with Sherose Khan, one of the gym's Personal Trainer's, to get me started. Sherose's sessions have proved valuable. His experience and coaching have provided me with the confidence and knowledge needed to begin my fitness journey. Recent refurbishments have also improved the range and quality of equipment available at the gym.

Positive experience: Gym is great since being done up and with the new equipment. Five years I’ve been here, love it. Thought I’d admend this, to give clearer insight. While the gym equipment has improved, there are certain issues that require a more stringent approach. The insides of the lockers are often absolutely disgusting, and therefore unable to be used. It would be great to see that issue being properly taken care of. Same applies to the cleanliness of the changing rooms throughout the day, they should be cleaned on a a regular basis. There are certain hours where the floor is filthy and the changing benches are filthy. If they are cleaned more frequently than they appear to be, then I suggest cleaning them to a higher standard, or employing more cleaning staff.

Fantastic experience: Had a few negative experiences with Personal training in the past and was a bit hesitant to start again but after doing my kickstarter sessions with Sherose all my worries were gone, each session is unique and whilst you’re working hard it doesn’t feel like it as Sherose chats away and before you know it the sessions over

Such a credit to the club always happy to help with showing how to work gym equipment and advice on workouts. A really lovely person, the club is very lucky to have him as part of there team. This PT makes my gym sessions fun and make it less of chore to workout and come to the gym, with his personality full of energy! Such a great member of staff.

Fantastic experience: Two fantastic classes with Odile today. Descending Ladders in cycling was tough but well structured with great movies soundtrack. Yoga was challenging and strength orientated which was interesting. Good workouts all round with a first rate instructor.

Negative experience: A clip joint out to make a fast buck with their 2 week membership deals; at the expense of regular members paying top dollar. Their food and drink is unhealthy, plant based GM; drinks and bars are riddled with aspartame and other cancer causing sweetners. They took meat out of the menu a year ago, as it is a globalist woke PC clown world, run by a manager who couldn't manage a piss up in a brewery. The DL Kids section is a glorified baby sitting operation, where there is not enough places for kids to be booked, causing family arguments and stress. The staff are always looking for an easy night by giving the kids TV to watch, and David Lloyd charge a fee when it's Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc, serving up cheap chocolate, then the kids can't eat the dinner their parents have paid for. There is a general inconsistency in policy and rules, gym staff are not pro-active on the floor, and are often seen painting a fence or two, when the gym floor is unattended. It's all rubbish, and not worth the money.

Positive experience: Beautiful venue for birthday bash expensive and it's a card only so don't take cash but apart from that it was a great night
