The friendly health and exercise club! Would you like to improve your fitness or body shape? Come and visit us at Body Workshop here in Lewes. We can help with programmes to suit all ages, fitness levels and sports. We can also give dietary advice. Fully Qualified Instructors are available plus a range of fun and exciting exercise classes that aim to get you in tip-top shape. From Pilates to pole fitness, boxercise to body building - we are sure that you will find something to enjoy and hopefully make some new friends too. We offer the lowest prices in Lewes to encourage all to exercise; running; classes; weight training or just going slowly and re-building your fitness again. Everyone of ALL ages can re-gain fitness included you!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here and using the pole studio my husband uses the gym here to he thinks it’s great it’s a great space and the owner Christine is lovely x

Fantastic experience: Ever since I moved into Lewes 2-years ago I have been using this gym. I like it because private not too busy you can put on your own music when you are there. And all the equipment is Solid metal framework none of this newfangled hollow piping digital displays and all that. Just good old-fashioned determination and hard work

Fantastic experience: Small but effective, heavy duty squat rack and bench with barbells and a selection of free weights and machines. Great place to get stronger

Negative experience: Lovely lady who runs the place. But tired equipment. The place is cramped with So much damp.
