Negative experience: It was okay. Lots of equipment with lack of organisation and just too much of a busy gum for me, it was super hot in there and the gum just didn't feel right with the newer areas with just old outdated equipment. Good shop area. Horrible changing rooms over all 2/5
Not sure how you can suggest we have out dated equipment when nearly all our equipment is less than 5 years old, most of the new areas are less that 12 months old. We pride ourselves in constantly upgrading our equipment and spend 50k on new stuff in January alone. We cannot control how busy it is, unfortunately we are a very popular gym so will always stay busy. I feel you need somewhere with less equipment and less popularity so you can have a gym to yourself We are a budget gym, yet I get the impression you want a luxury David Lloyd style membership. Or atleast pay prices that would warrant a lower membership number. We are an independent and don’t appreciate reviews that are not only far from the truth but also based on very bias unreasonable needs from a customer paying £5 for a day pass. Most competitive gyms are £10 for a single session At 18 years old I can’t imagine you’ve been to enough gyms to even understand what is good, if being “busy” is your gauge then I’m proud to say we are EXTREMELY BUSY.
Fantastic experience: Great variety of equipment, especially like the bag corner, friendly staff.
Negative experience: Good gym, less expensive. However the cleaning is very poor. Main hall appears clean. Toilets are very filthy. Air refresher is on but floor is very dirty. I feel like the floor was not cleaned since months. I tried to not to post this however the staff only talk to few customers and friendly with them. No one is there seems approachable .
Hi Jiji We have a cleaner that is in 7 days a week and the toilets are done every day twice a day. Please be aware we have upwards 500-1000 people per day/evening coming to the gym so the foot through is massive. We have a very high amount of members and it is impossible to speak with every single member when we have 1 member of staff available sometimes. If you need a member of staff you can happily approach them and they would be more than happy to help. If you feel the gym is 2 stars then we will happily cancel and refund your membership. We appreciate any constructive criticism. But if you don’t believe it is up to standard we have no issue giving a refund as we cannot do any more than pay a cleaner twice a day because we have massive amount of unmanned hours and huge member footfall As you said the gym is very cheap but you expect a super high service,we are EXTREMELY BUSY and like to keep our atmosphere to a very high standard, and we like members that appreciate the exceptional value for money
Positive experience: Great gym, everything needed is there with lovely staff. Main negative is song choices are really weird at times and the opposite of what you’d want when you work out. Less disney sounding slow paced music please.

Positive experience: A lot of gym for the price you pay. Not the most luxurious but that's not what you're there for. Always clean and pretty tidy, toilets and showers are wonderful. Even at peak times you won't be waiting long to use anything and there's plenty to do in the mean time. My only criticism would be I guess the lack of ventilation. When it's busy certain areas are super stuffy and quite smelly, assuming that's down to ventilation. Would recommend if you dont want to spend silly money each month to keep fit.

Positive experience: Overall a good gym, but I wish there were more than just two adjustable squat racks as I often have to wait for them to become free. There are the fixed ones, but my height needs a hook in-between the fixed barbell hooks on those racks

Hi Ibtaheem, I think you’ll find we do actually have AC. However, it is not efficient, environmentally friendly or even HEALTHY to run Aircon 24/7. Having a fresh airflow is way more efficient and safer than recirculating stale air (especially when it’s humid). So we try to recirculate the fresh air as much as possible when the gym is quiet. With regards to overcrowding, unfortunately we cannot gain extra space from thin air and we are a very popular gym for many reasons….. gym memberships are all 24/7 use so it would be impossible to limit usage for members as this would defeat the point of a 24/7 membership. If we could do more to fix the issue we would but unfortunately we are limited with options other than banning members for no reason. But we are always open to suggestions if you have any? Fantastic experience: Been going a few weeks now and enjoying it. Good friendly vibe and has plenty of equipment and for the monthly fee offers best bang for your buck!
Positive experience: Very wide array of different machines and weights. Good functional rig. I haven't seen any machines out of order yet, so I presume they are well-maintained. I have not tried any of the classes. However, the restrooms could be better maintained, especially the accessible toilet, which doesn't have a proper toilet paper dispenser. In the future, I would love to see a gender-neutral changing cubicle and restroom, but I understand that these things are difficult to change and might require additional building with the associated permissions.

Positive experience: Easily the best gym in Worcester in terms of equipment. 24hr access is a boon as well. Unfortunately it's spoilt by the constant overcrowding at peak times - often left waiting for equipment. When there are classes on, the car park can be a 'mare. Simply too many members for the size of the gym. Owners should either raise prices to cut membership numbers or open another facility.

Negative experience: Hard to get into, if you have a bag like a gym bag, the exact type you might be expected to take to the gym even following the Instructions expect having to try 3 or 4 times to successfully enter. Seems the doors are in desperate need of re calibrating. Even if there is staff looking at you from the office next to the entrance don't expect any help. If you manage to get in the gym is ok, what you expect from a cheap gym. Busy and full of people sitting on the few machines you can sit on while looking at their phones. But it's a good gym, well put together. Just wish they fixed the doors. You never get that at pure gym and they also check you in and out.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has tried many gyms, this is by far the most friendly and welcoming. The staff are amazing and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. I highly recommend to anyone who has any anxiety about gyms/feels self conscious. Also very cheap which is a massive bonus!

Positive experience: Worcester really lacks a decent gym with a good range of boxing bags in a room. All the gyms are identical and really lack simply a decent boxing bag. It’s 24/7 which is great, the gym does have a lot of equipment but things like battle ropes are pretty manky and also too long for the gym, could do with having rooms for focused exercises. Etc Boxing bag Room with treadmill/rower, upper cut bags and even mats on the floor so people don’t kick with shoes on ♂️ Could attract a range of people
Thank you for the review , we always encourage constructive criticism. As much as we would love to cater to all types of training, unfortunately we do not have the space for a dedicated boxing room as the demand for this is relatively low for the space it takes. There are, however, specialist facilities in worcester for boxing and coaching that offer a much better and safer environment than a 24/7 gym. Boxing facility’s require much more specific insurance and most boxing enthusiasts will tend to gravitate to a dedicated boxing gym. With regards to the battling rope, it is long because we often take it outside for our outdoor classes, if you require it to be shorter then normally it can be wrapped around the pillars in the gym, this will not only shorten it but give a solid base too. Positive experience: Great gym with a good amount of equipment. I usually train early morning (5am) and it isn’t too busy then but imagine at peak times it could have quite a crowd. There is only one flat bench press bench which seems limited (maybe I haven’t noticed others) and the mat area could do with some mirrors. Other than that I can’t fault it.
Positive experience: Good range of quality kit, clean, onsite parking, studios with various classes. Open 24 hours.
Fantastic experience: Usually, I don't use fitnes centre, I'm running out, but this place is very good. I started there, because of the winter weather and now I'm more than happy. I'm using an electronic bike - super comfy with 8 different programmes. Yesterday I reach out three mountains tops for a half hour - it was great!
Fantastic experience: This is a great value independent gym, which caters for all clients regardless of where they are on their fitness journey. It has a superb range of resistance training equipment, including fixed machines, cables, free weights/benches and power racks. This means you can almost always complete your workout without waiting for equipment to be available, despite it being a busy gym at peak times. It also has a good selection of cardio equipment and regular classes, all run by friendly staff. Parking is also free and plentiful. Pound for pound, this is one of the best gyms in Worcester in terms of value and quality/range of equipment. They just need to open a branch in Droitwich next! :)

Negative experience: I joined here before actually looking around first. The virtual video shows 2-3 boxing bags. There was one! In a studio too close to a wall and a filthy floor. I used the concept 2 rower; the chain was rusty and the motion of the rowing was off. I believe the promos use the phrase; 'state of the art' equipment. There is nowhere on the website which allocates a direction of cancelling. Disappointing.

Negative experience: I am very dissatisfied with the way I’ve been treated by this gym. Even though I cancelled my membership several months ago, they still took money out my bank account, I am still waiting for my refund of which I have been told I am only entitled to £30, when in fact I should have had £45. Still no answer from the gym or a refund, email them and no one gets back to you. Disgusting service would not recommend going here, they will just take your money.

Positive experience: The gym itself has some really good quality equipment but sadly the gym is too warm and it’s got too many people at it for the size of it. The car park is over filled at peak times and the gym you have to wait for equipment and that really breaks my flow. Be aware they have “Harlands Group” as their Direct Debit so BE CAREFUL and read the reviews online about Harlands Group (TrustPilot is a good website to look at some reviews) They are a pain for cancelling direct debits! Overall the gym is okay, shame it’s with a horrible Direct Debit company..
Negative experience: This is the worse gym i ever seen. I cancel my direct debit and they give me a penalty of 40 pounds i wanted to pay but nobody answer the phone and after that they raise the penalty to 80 pounds. That is not faire at least they can do is to answer the phone.
Hi Cristina, I’m catching up on reviews and noticed this from a long time ago, we have never had a penalty for cancellation, we offer a none contract cancel anytime membership so I think there is some kind of mid information here. Maybe the wrong gym?

Negative experience: Despite never joining this gym they still spam me via text despite following their opt out instructions. I have followed the instructions for a final time, hopefully now that GDPR is a thing, they might actually take notice before they get reported. No way of contacting via the website as their Wordpress website is broken. No sign of a privacy policy either. Oh dear.

Fantastic experience: A gym that says what it does on the tin. 24 Hour cheap and cheerful. Gets really busy has adequate parking and decent level of equipment as well as classes included in the price. Keyless and cardless entry. Can't ask for more at these membership prices.
Fantastic experience: Great Gym, Staff are really friendly and if you go at the right times you can have the gym to yourself. Only improvement I would recommend is to get a water fountain. Amount of times I have had to turn back because i left my water bottle at home is unreal. Otherwise, my favorite gym I have been to.
