Fantastic experience: Spoke to a lovely young man on the phone today called Aaron. I wanted to enquire about signing up as a member, he was very polite and informative and even encouraged me to join some of the beginner cycling classes to help my knees. Really helpful

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional staff. Always relatively quiet and a good range of equipment. Great value for money.

Fantastic experience: It's partnered with Selby, so some of the staff are the same. They're lovely. The center itself is smaller than Selby, where I usually go, but it has all facilities and was a nice change. The class we visited were all friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: Good little community gym. Friendly staff. Detailed induction. Just wish wasn’t as packed at peak times due to size. Lots of machine hogging.

Fantastic experience: Play badminton here decent price place is clean when busy car park is full.

Negative experience: I previously gave this leisure centre 5 stars and did enjoy going to this gym, having been a member for 25 years. However, there has been a change of personnel and I have found a particular member of staff extremely unhelpful and she would laugh at me each time I attended. I will never set foot in this leisure centre again and have now taken my custom to Selby leisure centre where the staff are very pleasant and always helpful. The classes are far better too.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The staff are so warm, helpful and friendly. The class timetable is so good. It has everything on there and the instructors are all so good. Id give more stars if it was possible.

Positive experience: Very tidy and friendly gym. Easy parking, My only slight disappointment is that there is no WiFi but overall I enjoy going to this gym

Positive experience: Wonderful staff, but a great shame that the remote Selby Council and Wigan based franchise owner do not take Tadcaster seriously and give this centre and the Town the investment it deserves.
