Fantastic experience: The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which is great. Tiyana H in particular has helped me understand my goals better, as I am a newbie at the gym. She’s worked with me on a level I’m comfortable with, and I see myself hitting my goals. Gym fit for purpose and cleaner than others I’ve been to.

Positive experience: Decent gym, I always go at the quietest times, when there are max 50 people at the gym, so how is the WiFi lagging so much. Used to go to the one up in Derby and even when that was near max capacity the WiFi used to work perfectly fine and fast. This one I can’t even access the gyms app itself without it taking 5-10 mins to load.

Negative experience: I hardly managed not to throw up when I entered the men’s toilets. There was no actual dirt in the toilet, but the smell was terrible. Please do something about it!

Fantastic experience: The gym is well equipped and maintained. Some of the instructors were a bit dry during the classes but still nice. One instructor, Rob, was particularly great. He gives good feedback during exercises by making corrections on your form and provides modifications as needed. He was also very encouraging by asking if I was coming to the next fitness class or if I'd be back the next day. The only downside of the gym is that people don't always clean up their weights/equipment. It's unfortunate but speaks to their character. I would have extended my membership if I lived locally. I was only there for a month on holiday.

Positive experience: Not the best one. 5 ways one is better

Negative experience: Number 1 lack of support on the app having to allow people to wait up to 30-40 minutes after buying their code is outright ridiculous and stupid needs to change, number 2 make more things aware and help people who are lacking

Negative experience: How come there is no wipes and cleaning spray available. I have never seen a gym without it. So how do I use a bench or machine if it's drenched in sweat. Few times I had to skip the machine because it was bathing in sweat. This is gross.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had very bad experience with this gym. First ,I could go gym at 7pm and every time I go there there are too many people more than gym capacity there and I must wait for while to have a chance for have a time to do with machines. Second about 3 weeks a go a warning email came to me from a branches that I’ve never been there and I replied the email 2 times and wanted them to explain what happened what is this warning email for? They never answered And the last thing it’s more than 3 weeks my entrance code doesn’t work I sent email for this problem as well and no answer again. I even asked several times from staffs there, but they couldn’t help me and said there is not only your problem we told our manager but nothing happened yet. So I really don’t recommend this gym to anyone else I’ve just closed my contract and never try this gym again.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and good selection of equipments, easy access to building with mobile app by scanning to enter or inserting pin. Personally toilet or washroom could do without pin access for easier entry. But other wise great facility to get your mind focused and get those gains

Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve ever been to. I was invited as a guest and it took 20 mins to enter because the doors are faulty. No members of staff or support call available. Gym was unclean and unorganised. We then got locked inside the gym because the codes were not unlocking the doors. No one answered the emergency phone, had to go into someone else’s pod to leave. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and have been a member for the last few years. It has changed a lot recently and has a lot more newer equipment etc. I enjoy going the classes, the instructors are always motivating throughout leading the classes and energetic. Overall all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Particularly the manager Rob was my PT and has encouraged me throughout my fitness journey in the gym. I’ve also gained a lot of confidence from the PT experience and this particular gym as I am now able to go independently downstairs where the bigger weights section is. A lot of women find it difficult approaching that particular section as they feel uncomfortable but this is something I overcame. The gym is a safe and clean space. A massive positive impact on helping people’s mental wellbeing :)

Fantastic experience: Markus is a fantastic personal trainer with whom I’ve had the benefit of nearly a decade working out with. In particular, after I spent a month in hospital, Markus put together a programme which has brought me back to full fitness (probably stronger than ever!).

Fantastic experience: I just joined recently. This is a great gym. Has lots of equipment available and a variety of classes to attend. Free Parking outside. Staff are really approachable and helpful especially Markus.

Markus has been very welcoming and is always bringing a good vibe to the place. I’ve been at a few of these types of gyms but it’s safe to say this one has been head and shoulders above the rest.

Fantastic experience: It's a good place if you want to get in shape, the trainers Rob (Manager) and Marcus are helpful and is always trying to get you in one of their class, if you don't want to do that the well eqpt gym is always available.
