Fantastic experience: Nice range of equipment for all types of training regimes. Well Orgainsed!! If you are looking for value for money, this is THE place.

Fantastic experience: The gym was buzzing as the name suggested. The equipment were amazing, the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The place was spacious with every kinds of exercise equipment to catter to your sports need and goal. I visited from Oxford and definitely will visit again when I come to Swindon.

Negative experience: State 0 contract membership. Chase missed payment if you cancel your direct debit but also cancel your access to the site you need to use to make this payment. Have been a member for years but joke customer service means I’ll never be back. Management extremely unhelpful

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for over 6 years amazing facility has a lot of equipment options and the trainers are so nice and helpful . If you are looking for a fun time and good classes definitely come this gym they have the best calisthenics class with Elroy which by the way is the best trainer I have met !

Fantastic experience: I could recommend this gym to anybody the staff and the community are amazing I've been going for a few months and was very overweight so far I have lost over 25kg they also offer a free PT session if you are uncertain on how everything works the Personal trainer will help you overall this gym is amazing.

Negative experience: Buzz Gym is spacious and with plenty of equipment to train but, the parking ticket system is a nightmare. The machine's been on the fritz, and the manual punch doesn't always work at the parking machines. To top it off, the parking wardens (not all) are less than helpful, pushing us to use the faulty machine instead of finding a solution. This isn't just an inconvenience – it's costing us time and money, especially when we're rushing to get to work. Buzz Gym needs to step up and fix this, because it's seriously affecting customer experience. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have tried a total of 3 gyms in Swindon. May the other 2 remain unknown. This gym has affordable memberships. Happy staff members that will greet you at the door. They recently had a massive refit of the gym to further improve it. Neatly positioned machines and workout equipment. The more exposed ones are close to the walls. Workout classes that run Monday to Friday and an afternoon once a week with a DJ in the house. I cannot fault this gym in any shape or form. This is my second year going to this gym and I don't see it stopping anytime soon! I would gladly add photos however the gym has a policy to respect others and not take photos in there which I appreciate as well.

Membership also includes 2hrs30 free parking in Brunel North multi-storey everyday. Would definitively recommend to people of all skill levels, beginners to seasoned gym-goers.

Fantastic experience: Iv been going 3 weeks taking breaks every 3-4 days has pretty much everything and there are classes available.

Positive experience: It is a very good gym...you have the bonus of the parking right next door along with it being a part of your subscription to said gym so you don't have to pay through the nose to access facilities...only down side is it needs more equipment and to be bigger, which I belive the owners are looking into as I write this review

Fantastic experience: Its a 24 hour gym that provides all the equipment you need and I live across the road. Whats not to like about that? Also, really enjoyed going yesterday 20th September, great atmosphere with various strength competitions with free drink samples of various flavours and also an in house DJ spinning his own tunes. If I weren't so worn out, I'd have stayed longer than the 3 hours i was there. How do DJs apply to have a gig? Just asking for a friend. It was a great touch to a great day.

Fantastic experience: Connor and Amy (or as I like to call them, the Thursday night crew) are extremely helpful. Connor saw I was having issues with filling up my very large bottle and gave me the help I needed, and Amy (who always has a smile on her face) is always there to help when my parking ticket inevitably gets stuck in the machine. We need more PTs like this (although the rest of the team are great too so shoutout to them also).

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere, especially as a woman, I felt comfortable and did not feel intimidated training here. Friendly staff, who are always happy to chat/provide advice/give encouragement and make you feel welcome. Great range of equipment, which is kept clean and in great condition. I would honestly recommend Buzz Gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped 24 hour gym in the centre of Swindon with advantage of free parking next door. Showers & changing facilities better than similar gyms I've belonged to, although annoyingly they are closed over night.

Negative experience: Couldn't even join. Signup process is not so smooth. I put in my card details a number of times, and then there is no button to proceed. There is just a green tick, and the option to choose another payment option (Paypal). I refreshed and retried 5 times, even with different cards. I cannot be bothered to wait around on the phone to get through to someone, I will just join another gym.

Every time linkin park or fall out boy come on I’m overjoyed <3 Had to update to thank the staff at buzz for helping me sort an item from the vending machine that didn’t fall down after I paid as soon as there were staff on site. Legends !

Negative experience: Don't get me wrong the gym was excellent, it's only that I was given access through the friends pass QR code but upon arrival I was told they didn't even have a QR code system. My missus brought this up to the manager who goes by the name Tabs(I'll be calling him Mr. D I C K) he claimed that there was in fact a QR system and such the P L E B he is he offered another QR pass and even when told there wasn't a system to facilitate, Mr. D stood to his word that there was.

Positive experience: Very good gym. Somewhat unorganized in the weight section but plenty of equipment so you rarely wait for anything. Main disappointment was the toilet which is absolutely disgusting. Changing rooms and showers are decent but relieve yourself at home before you come here.

Negative experience: Nice gym. Everything is clean and fairly new with excellent facilities (ie showers, changing rooms etc). One issue I found is with the plates (used for bench press etc). They seem to not be organised and they’re all over the place which can make your time there a bit longer. Also, just bare in mind if you want to leave the gym, you need to make sure it’s 7 days before your next payment is due in the month. Within those 7 final days you are locked in for the next month and you are forced to pay for the next month (even though you may not wish to stay for another month). Wish this was more clearly stated as now I’ve wasted money on paying next months gym membership. Obviously if your planning on staying there all year round, it’s not a problem although if you want to stay at the gym for 1 whole month, you’ll pay for 2 months. Overall, the gym itself is brilliant but the only problems I found are the one’s stated above which frustrated me a little.

Negative experience: Music far too loud and not great. I prefer to take my own and I don't force it on others. Music was so loud tonight it just drowned mine out and so I left. Pretty annoyed.

Negative experience: It used to be one of the best gyms in Swindon. But lately it feels uncared for... cleanliness in the changing rooms is appalling, equipment can go for more than a month without fixing. Staff are not that friendly as they seem to be (full of entitled youngsters). I'll start to avoid this place unfortunately

Fantastic experience: I searched around a lot of gyms in swindon before joining up with buzz, first impression is always the best one. Been with buzz for 3 months now and the level of service has only got better. Very friendly staff and always there to help you if needed. One thing I have noticed is that they don't discriminate anyone, with regards to what size you are, something that I did notice in other gyms that I visited. Buzz gym is very clean and tidy, with a wide selection of equipment to use and cleaning products available for you to use if you wish to sanitise your area. If you want a good gym with friendly staff and a great environment then go to buzz gym, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I've been at Buzz since day one and it has transformed my life. The personal trainers there are all fantastic and so welcoming. It's genuinely my happy place. Classes are all great too and the instructors make it easily adjustable for beginners and more experienced people to join in and enjoy doing.

Positive experience: The gym is clean and there is plenty of equipment to use. There is also cleaning products to sanitise the equipment after use and I feel safe using the gym. I enjoyed the yoga and LBT classes,but wish there were a few more class options available such as a dance class. It's very good value at £20 per month and lm enjoying my visits there. There are also personal trainers available if you feel you need a little extra motivation to push you.

Fantastic experience: Buzz gym has been great!! Nicky (PT) is a great instructor, during the day classes are quite but Nicky still gives you 100% even if your the only person in class. Legs, bums and tums and spin she has been such a great help and makes the experience worth while!!

Positive experience: The gym has good number of equipments which mean less wait time at any station,at least that is what i observed when I visit during morning hours(7 to 8:30).Nice showers and generally clean .The sanitizing station needs to be regularly refilled (most are not having any kind of soap or sanitizer). Enough space and the staff is freindly.
