Positive experience: A small local gym. I tend to go when it's not busy.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym, lots of machines and free weights, more importantly really great trainers/ staff, super friendly, super knowledgeable, they make the gym a really inviting place

Fantastic experience: Falaise is undeniably, irrefutably, and undoubtedly, the premier venue to accomplish all of your training requirements in a relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. No other gym has the range of fitness and resistance hardware currently on offer for the paltry sum of £32 a month. There is a combat room with bags gloves and speed bag. Always a very good atmosphere generated by the staff and management ensure a laid back environment in which to train. Love it and the view from there which is awesome

Fantastic experience: the best

Negative experience: Came to visit today as was interested in joining the gym. Stood by the reception desk for about 10 minutes waiting to see any staff member but no one was around. There were several people using the gym so couldn't understand why there wasn't any staff around. I ended up leaving as felt stupid just standing there waiting.

Fantastic experience: Good changing room with lockers and showers. Good view over sea from running machines and plenty of exercise facilities. Go again!

Positive experience: Joined today seems to be quite a good membership as you can use any freedom leisure gym

Fantastic experience: Exceeded my expectations! Love the equipment and variety. My only drawback is that the staff need to wipe down their equipment more. And there needs to be signage to remind members to wipe down their equipment when finished.

Positive experience: Great lady on reception. It's a gym nothing more to say, good discount fir disability but radio blaring out which is no good for my son with ASD.

Fantastic experience: The fact it's not a big gym works in it's favour for me because I found it had a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere yet all the equipment that I needed. The staff were helpful and friendly and everywhere was exceptionally clean.

Positive experience: It’s a nice gym with super friendly staff the only downside is that its small and there’s quite a lot of unused cardio machines that take up a decent amount if space.

Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful, sociable staff who are always looking to help. Lots of equipment with a good atmosphere although it can get extremely busy after 5pm.

Positive experience: Lovely location, friendly staff and members. Some of the weights Machinery a bit tired but they do the job well, which is the main thing. Good range of free weights, exercise bikes, rowing machines and crosstrainers. Clean spacious changing facilities and toilets. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have no idea what the whingers who give this place a bad review are talking about. I have been a steady member since 2012 but more regularly since last year and I hire one of their personal trainers. The staff are always so friendly and professional, they will assist you with using the equipment whenever you ask and nothing is too bothersome for them to handle. Great variety of equipment too!
