Attend 6-7 weekly classes and am pushed to the levels I want to achieve, motivated and encouraged by her My fitness life has changed since attending her classes over the last 3 years - We are all a little family in a relaxed atmosphere.Well done Alice xx

Fantastic experience: Had my induction last Monday with Steve. Steve made me feel very welcome. He is very professional and really knows his stuff. The gym is mega impressive. I have even been on equipment I have never seen in any other gym before. Did Steve's spin class last night which Steve made really good fun and a fantastic workout for everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Weights aren’t heavy enough

Fantastic experience: Just started going, had my induction with a chap called Steve. Very helpful and made me feel comfortable being there, fantastic service. For someone who has never stepped foot in a gym and is over weight i was very nervous about joining. All my fears are gone and i can say i enjoy going there, with some hard work and determination im looking forward to the changes i will be making for myself. 100% recommend going here.

Positive experience: I am a current member of this gym and have been really enjoying it. They are very well equipped so no waiting even on really busy hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. Music used to be too loud but they ve stopped doing that now for which I am grateful. Gets really busy as you d expect in the evening but it s tolerable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, can't be beaten when it comes to cardio as there's alot of different machines. Showers aren't good as they're small, you hang a towel on the inside door and it'll get soaked so I have to throw it well over the door, also the lockers are rusty inside and some of them are hard to turn the handle to close, you'll need to bring your own padlock and make sure it's thin enough to fit. There's a upstairs open plan too and that's for legs, good selection and also classes you can book on the app which is a brilliant idea. Not been to one yet but planning on doing. Good staff, free water ( been to other gyms that have no water and charge for small bottles) Brilliant opening/closing times especially for shift workers. Big car park free parking. Even a jukebox for the public which is definitely different. The weights are okay plenty to go at but I find some other gyms are more upper weight happy with more machines. Big, open plan sort of gym and a fingerprint scanner to get in. Would be great if it was 24/7 but the times are good enough really. 6am/11pm mon/Thurs 6am/10pm Fri 7am/8pm Sat/Sun Money wise it's okay. You can go into 6 months contract for around £22 a month roughly. Or £35 a month roughly for no contact. Different tiers of membership perks like the "WOW Membership" gives you access to classes and free coffee. You also get discounts on the app for under armour gear and others. Hope this helps. UPDATE Lockers have been sorted so I've changed my rating to 5 starts from 4. Brilliant staff and great equipment.

Positive experience: Iv been here on and off for a year or so all times of the day and to be fair the gym serves a purpose but in my honest opinion could use a bit of a shake up ...staff not very welcoming more than happy to hide away in there office and ignore customers entering and leaving the gym this is the leasure industry after all its part of the job description to be a people person isn't it (doesn't apply to Steve 5 stars others should take note ) This gym has a shortage of space in my opinion there are to many dumbells that are not getting used taking up valuable real estate who needs 60kg dumbells I haven't seen Jay cutler in there and to be fair I don't think iv seen anyone capable of handling those weights maybe bent over row there's better alternatives , cramed in machines requireing loading again a accident weighting to happen ,hip thrust machine under stairs if you slipped getting onto that you would reach out and automatically grab for somthing ...possibly the dumbell stack not bolted down in front of you yes more dumbells, poor gym etiquette using multiple machines when it's busy this should all be sorted in the induction if there is one, bags on floor again trip hazzards why is this allowed staff should be walking the floor throughout there shift and showing an interest on what's going on and that people are working out safely for themselves and others .machine maintenance could be improved not just cables but how many seated machines have poor fitting pins or difficult to adjust due to rust not to mention leg extension machine that requires a yoga matt rolling up and placing on shins so you can use it , this gym for me could have been so much more but it doesn't seem to be getting better just busier and more frustrating ...I know this is not everyone's experience and know of very happy members ...lastly is parking going to be a problem now whatever is being built outside ..I hope not as for myself that will just be another black mark on my increasing list . 3 stars with very easy to make adjustments to make it 5.

Negative experience: Was a good gym it’s now a youth club came in tonight there kids every where can’t get on nothing everyone your members all sat on there phones doing absolutely nothing! Not on! Peak time people finish work and go to the gym to do a workout and can’t do nothing due to the two reason above something needs to change very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have visited this gym a few times now, it is a nice gym with the main equipment I expect to see in most modern gyms, staff are friendly and welcoming, there are female and male locker rooms for which you need a padlock of your own to be able to use the lockers and lock them, this gym has drink facilities with some free items for wow members. This gym also has a Sunbed if your interested in using one and they also have a lovely Lady who works out of one of the rooms in the gym and does massages for a separate cost. They have studio classes also. Resonably priced too.

Positive experience: Great staff and range of equipment. Only critic is the machine used to scan to get it doesn't work, would be nice if they hard a card to just scan. Close at a good time so can go after work. Also has punch bags which is great for cardio

Positive experience: Spot on gym just some small improvements could be made like fixing locks in toilets and ensuring they are fully stocked. Opening hours could be a bit better but i suppose that depends on how many members are going to join to pay wages etc.

Negative experience: Could not cancel my "no contract" membership while staying in lockdown because option "cancel membership" been removed from website. After cancelling direct debit, company they use for collecting payment sent me email telling that they will contact debt collectors if I don't pay them 41.99£

Negative experience: Very disappointed staff member didn't even ask us our name on entry. Club in poor condition studio stupidly small.

Positive experience: Very hot when I visited: a real sweat box due to tin roof and no air conditioning. Good selection of equipment but needs better maintenance- all rowing machines had slipping flywheel and didn't work properly.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, even for beginners (like myself). Staff are friendly and very nice. £20 a month is a very good price. Only one negative I have and it's that it can be quite busy at times so sometimes you have to wait for the machines you want to use.

Negative experience: The gym with no contract but somehow I owed an additional £19.99 two weeks after I cancelled my membership and never set foot in the place again. It was in the terms and conditions of the non existent contract I didn't sign, obviously. I would avoid this place if you have any interest in lifting weights as this sort of clientele is deemed undesirable by the owner, I was a member for 2 years.
