Fantastic experience: excellent spa, massage therapists are simply excellent specialists, I recommend
Fantastic experience: I have been to many spas and hands down four seasons London is the best. The facilities are wonderful, the massage is excellent, and the relaxation rooms after have led to many a relaxed / accidental nap. Brought my sister here, who has also visited many spas, and she loved it. They brought her wonderful macarons and chocolate strawberries for her birthday and it was much appreciated! Must visit!
Negative experience: Worst customer service ever, and there is no consideration given if you are not able to show up because of an illness also. The response given is please come a little late. Not expected from a chain like Four Seasons!

Negative experience: Hanged up during a call made by the spa staff without explanations. Not a service standard expected especially given the price levels.

Fantastic experience: Divine experience - the spa (steam room, sauna, pool) was relaxing with lovely choice of essential oils in the steam room. The treatment (we got the winter package I think) of 2 hour treatment. The body scrub was insane, skin was soo smooth after. The wrapping was also lovely and the massage great!! I asked for emphasis on my back and she did just that and relieved the tension I had

Positive experience: Considering we spent almost £900 for the massage treatment, would have expected a bit more for that. We had an hour to sit in the suite by ourselves where we were given a scrub to scrub our own selves. (This took about 10mins). Followed by an hour long massage. The massage itself was great. But the price didn’t justify what we got.
Fantastic experience: Just wow. Three of us went for massages and a facial. We left glowing! The amenities are top notch and there are different experiences both before and after your session. The therapists are wonderful and each booking is personalized, which is a really nice touch. Will be back and highly recommend!

Negative experience: Got a hot stone massage from some random masseuse - beyond horrible Very poor use of the hot stones too, and oil was cold She could not have botched it this badly even if she was trying to Funny thing is that I was writing this review in my head while getting the massage Facilities are decent though but you’re paying for the them with that steep price tag

Fantastic experience: As of all The Spa branches worldwide, complementary use of pools/Jacuzzi and sauna when you book any 1 hour service. Very good massage and after service relaxing rooms/beverages.

Fantastic experience: Lovely, small and compact, but everything you need. Massage - good quality, and good use of hot stones on their hot stone massage. there are beds for relaxing in after your treatment, but its noisy which is a bit of a shame, they provide headphones with some choice of music to help. all in all a good experience
