Fantastic experience: Cool old school gym. Lots of great, high quality equipment- most of it quite old but that’s part of the charm! Clean and tidy and wasn’t too busy when I went at 4pm. Everything works as it should. Staff are friendly and happy to help.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in the area. Proper old school bodybuilding gym. Great prices and really friendly staff. Despite being quite small it has a great selection of equipment including many hammer strength machines. It also has a great sense of community amongst the members. I look forward to coming to legends everyday. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Old-school bodybuilding gym with old-school equipment, some mid-old-school Hammer strength equipment and free weights. The power racks could be a lot better with not very fine-grained heights for squat pins, there are no safety pins for the benches. Opening times are a bit limited too, but that is how it is with little automation I guess

Negative experience: I had a really disappointing experience at Legends Gym and wanted to share what happened. I noticed they were displaying a flag related to a current global conflict, and I thought that was a bit off since I always believed gyms should be neutral spots where everyone can feel welcome, no matter what their political beliefs are. So, I decided to talk to the guy in charge, Hamza Oskan, who told me he owned the place. I brought up my concerns, but his response was shocking. He basically said that because he's the owner, he can do whatever he wants, and if people don't like it or feel uncomfortable, they should just leave. This left me feeling really unwelcome and even unsafe, which is the total opposite of what a gym vibe should be. It's a bummer to see a local gym putting personal politics over making sure everyone can have a good workout without feeling weird or out of place. I hope Legends Gym changes their approach and starts focusing on making everyone feel safe and included, instead of bringing politics into a place where we're supposed to be escaping all that.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. Can get busy and lead you to either use another piece of equipment or wait. They do a varitey of meals as well was price at £5/6 could have gone up not sure, it helped the hunger. Price to join was a bit over my budget but the time I was there I enjoyed it

Negative experience: The place is a bit scruffy with old/worn equipment and uninviting changing rooms. Staff/owners can be unpleasant and rude at moments. Lots of equipment but not much space between them.

Fantastic experience: All the equipment any gym goer could want but if you're a body builder it's all the stuff you NEED really nice atmosphere. Super friendly and not too bad on price. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: I used Legends during my month working in London. This gym is poorly maintained. At least half of the barbells were bent and there was a chronic shortage of plates, especially below 20kg. If you are serious about lifting, avoid this place. Many of the machines are broken or defective in some way that could be easily fixed which shows that the staff staff/owners don't care. It's a smaller space and the gym is frankly overcrowded with machines so things get cramped easily. Finally the locker room doors are almost always open so privacy isn't really a thing there. I understand 50£ per month is the going rate in London, but Legends is at best a below average place.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with a cool old school vibe and strong focus on bodybuilding. Lots of benches, bars and plates, nice selection of machines, two squat racks and a cardio section with treadmills, crosstrainers etc. Reasonably priced and they sell merch and supplements. Highly recommend if you're looking to pump some iron.

Negative experience: Went here few months ago. Guy behind desk so rude when I asked where I can fill up water he told me buy one then I pointed and the tap and asked if he could fill it up and filled it up and slammed the bottle down and said "there you go!".

Fantastic experience: Proper freewights gym, lots of equipment. All a bit tired and beaten but fully functional and the staff are great and friendly. Excellent prices for London. Great gym with a lot of character.

Positive experience: Super affordable, but pretty damn grungy. I wish they would get rid of half of the treadmills no one ever uses and rearrange the weights to be more accessible. You literally have to climb over things to use some machines.
