Fantastic experience: Grandson goes to Fujau Kick boxing 3 nights a week so I use the Gym while he is training.

Fantastic experience: HUGE thank you to the amazingly kind staff from D&E Leisure Club that helped bump start my car when I broke down at the athletics competition on 16th April. You were amazing and I’m forever grateful. Hope you see this! Thank you!

Negative experience: Public Announcement: be careful before you signup the Leisure centre won’t refund your money,absolute disgraceful!

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym today and noticed that it was very clean and there was plenty of distance between the machines. I did not feel any fear and felt safe exercising. I think it is one of the best leisure centres in the area and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Good gym with the potential to be excellent if only there was more investment in it - some more gym equipment as an example - more than one Bosu is surely a must!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best leisure centers I've been to! Staff are nice and friendly and gladly greet me on entry. Changing rooms are perfect with available lockers at all times, even a toilet inside the changing room! Now i can avoid having to walk out to the nearest loo! The gym is small but perfect to anyone's needs especially mine. The free weight area has all equipment i need and more. The only bad thing i have to say, is that some people leave their weights out which i imagine can be annoying for some staff. The toilets are kept clean and tidy which is nice. Overall I have had a happy experience in the 7 years I've been here. :)

Negative experience: Dissapointing. I would not recommend this place if you only use the gym, weight training area and/or changing rooms.The facilities are very dated everywhere, the weight training area old equipment and decor. The changing rooms are terribly designed, ages ago, with toilets stalls inside changing area (smelly), in desperate need of update. Terrible customer service, careless management about their members. Management does not seem to care about clients. Never a smile or look up to greet, and it reflects in the staff behind the desk. I sent an email cancelling my membership when I finally decided to leave after 2 years as a member and the response did not include an inquiry why I was leaving. I then responded providing my reasons for leaving and I got nothing back. As a business owner I find it appalling for a customer service based facility to not revert with a care and concern response to a complaint.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed total bodyworks this morning with Trish. An all over workout. Next Pilates with Moira a more relaxing but intensive session. Highly recommended
