Negative experience: My room had no water no hairdryer no inon and bedding was put on inside out and no toilets very poor for the money £150 for my room

Fantastic experience: On the 10.10.24 my wife and I got married here, I cannot put into words how amazing the entire staff here at the warren were. Every single staff member was attentive to detail, incredibly helpful and so so kind. Having my wedding here lived up to my dreams and more.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding here on the 1st September and it was the most perfect day. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious and the venue is just stunning! The accommodation was a great bonus, especially Wayside House. Thank you so much to everyone at the Warren. Vendors we would recommend for this venue are Jason Little Photography, B's Blooms (florist), Bellissima Flowers & Sweet Candy Co (ice creams). You were all fabulous!

Held our wedding hear on the 11th May 2024 from the very first look we were blown away such a beautiful barn set in stunning ground on site accommodation option to marry outside or inside and a package to suit everyone we were shown around by Darren what a lovely man so warm kind and friendly we felt like this was his passion and not just a job so often you mention the word wedding and the price seems to sky rocket this was the only venue we found that did not charge a venue hire fee on top of the wedding package price the price we paid was fantastic value for money we had 60 guests and we felt the warren felt intimate and special the food was outstanding fresh hot and delicious we had pate roast beef and brownie the wine was of very good quality the canopy’s were yummy every single member of staff were hard working kind and helpful 2 ladies that deserve a special mention are Georgia and Merial these ladies work so hard from start to finish our day ran perfectly due to them again it felt like this was not just a job but a passion nothing was to much trouble and we felt they would do anything to make our day perfect and they did!! we stayed on sight the night before in the wayside house a lovely addition to our wedding we also hired the bridal suite and rose room again lovely the breakfast the next day was very nice and the special touch was the black cab that collected me on the morning we visited the venue again on our one month anniversary we had lunch and a drink and were made to feel so welcome we were treated like part of the warren family I can not rave about this place enough if you are searching for a venue I urge you to take a look as you will not be disappointed amazing people amazing value amazing place Thank you all so much for making our day perfect Sally and Kevin King xx

Fantastic experience: We had another wedding at the amazing Warren Estate this Saturday with Gemma & Phill, it was so much fun I can't even begin to explain. I was joined by my amazing second shooter Paige and we are always made to feel incredibly welcome. As their main recommended supplier I have shot well over 50 or more weddings at this amazing venue and never get tired of it. I will post reviews with pictures more regularly and try to catch up with reviews from previous weddings here. Thanks as always to Georgia, Merriel and the team. they are all simply the best and never fail to make the wedding party feel completely at ease. And the food.... OMG the food, Ahmet, Mark and the whole team provide the best welding catering we have ever experienced. If you are considering a wedding then you absolutely MUST check this place out.

Fantastic experience: We recently got married at The Warren Estate and it is the most stunning venue! The Barn itself is absolutely beautiful and the huge grounds are just amazing for photos. The staff there are so wonderful, Georgia was our coordinator and she is absolutely fabulous! Anything that we wanted to have at our wedding, she made it happen; nothing was too much trouble and the time, work and effort that she and the team put into our day was so amazing. We had a few planning meetings with her before the day and she was so organised and helped make the wedding planning stress free, she has a lovely calming energy which is just what we needed! We couldn’t be happier that we chose The Warren Estate as our wedding venue.

Negative experience: We reserved a lodge through Hoseasons for a forthcoming wedding which regrettably will proceed without our attendance. Our lodge was booked and deposit paid ten months ago, with full payment made at the beginning of the year. The venue confirmed our booking and assigned a chalet number. However, to our dismay, the venue cancelled our stay last week without providing a reasonable explanation. Our intention was to attend our niece’s wedding, making our inability to do so profoundly disappointing. I rate this venue 0 out of 10, as their conduct was unacceptable and does not align with the standards expected from an upscale establishment. Tom and Nora O’Reilly

Positive experience: Went here for a funeral wake.. Found the place set in beautiful settings on a golf course. Carparking was more than adequate and the buildings were lovely, but access was along a long single track roadway that had just a few passing places.. Buffet food had been arranged and was a good standard in quality and quantity. Can't comment on costs. Overall, a pleasing experience.

Fantastic experience: We had our Wedding day here on 28/09/2023 and it was the most wonderful day. From the moment we step foot at the Warren when looking for venues we felt at ease and well taken care of. After booking our co ordinator Meriel was on hand any time to help us with planning and arranging everything, we had meetings and phone calls... anything we needed answering or ideas talked through was not an issue at all. I always felt I had someone I could talk to who genuinely cared as much as I did about our big day. When it came down to the day itself, I don't even know how I can express how grateful I was to the whole staff for their incredible service in making the day seamless and perfect. All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, how great the staff were and how delicious the food was!!! We are so happy we chose to get married here and have life long memories to keep. We also stayed at the lodge a few nights before which was wonderful, and our guests used the suites which were all pristine and comfortable. I wish we could do the whole day again! I didn't feel stressed once planning this wedding with Meriel. Thank you so much to all those involved with The Warren Estate, we will be coming back in the future to stay and for food! Positive experience: Beautiful Surroundings but Average Facilities I recently had the opportunity to visit the Warren Estate gym, and I must say that the natural beauty of the surroundings left a lasting impression. With picturesque lakes, meticulously cut grass, and a sprawling golf course, the location sets a serene atmosphere for any fitness enthusiast. The gym itself, however, was a mixed bag. While the setting is undeniably beautiful, the equipment left me a bit underwhelmed. The gym had a slightly dated feel, reminiscent of what one might find in an all-inclusive resort abroad. The swimming pool and sauna were quite small, which might be a drawback for those seeking a more robust wellness experience. One thing that stood out was the cozy sitting area with a café bar, offering a nice spot to relax after a workout. The cleanliness of the facility was commendable; the staff certainly seemed to put effort into maintaining the place. In terms of value for money, I must admit I was left wanting. The membership fee of £50 felt a bit steep for the overall experience. While I did appreciate the energy and enthusiasm of personal trainer Hayley, who truly made my session memorable, I couldn't help but notice a disparity in the level of service provided by her compared to the somewhat unenthusiastic receptionists. One curious downside I encountered was the lack of privacy in the shower area. The doors couldn't be locked, which left me feeling a bit uneasy about someone opening the door. In summary, the Warren Estate gym offers a visually appealing environment with its beautiful surroundings and clean facilities. However, the gym itself, including its equipment and amenities, falls somewhere in the middle. The standout factor was the excellent service provided by personal trainer Hayley, whose energy and positivity were infectious. While there are certainly positives, I'm inclined to believe that there are better fitness facilities available with more modern equipment and services at a more reasonable price point.

Fantastic experience: We had out wedding at the Warren Estate on 6.8.23. Georgia and the team were fantastic. The wedding was everything we had hoped for . All of out guests have said how lovely the venue was and how great the staff were. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and fun. From the first meeting Georgia was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for her and the staff. The day went off without a hitch and everyone had a fantastic time. I had to make some late changes and these were all accommodated with no fuss. Anything we asked for on the day was done with a smile . Georgia was really helpful throughout the planning process and gave me some hints and advice when needed. We had the Wayside house for the weekend. It was fabulous. The getting ready room was great and it made the morning.The rose barn rooms and bridal suite were lovely. I cannot thank the team enough. We had a wonderful day and so did all our guests. I would highly recommend the Warren Estate and team for your wedding or an event. Mr and Mrs Saunders.

Course was well maintained albeit greens a bit slow and - like all places- starting to show distressfrom hot weather/ no rain. The course though must have 5 or 6 crossovers; and blind shots aplenty. Not for me, but a personal opinion.

Fantastic experience: If you are thinking of booking your wedding at The Warren Estate then don't hesitate. I had the absolute pleasure of conducting a wedding there on Sat 29th April. Darren, Georgia, Meriel and the whole team are super professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The venue looked truly stunning and everything ran like clockwork. Looking forward to working with the whole team again in the future.

Negative experience: Just had a cup of tea in the cafe. I paid 50p than my friends because I had oat milk! I’ve been taking oat milk for years and I’ve NEVER been charged extra. Not on!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband got married here in April 2023 - and all I can say is that we are so glad we chose The Warren Estate as our venue. The Rose Barn was absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted. The accommodation was clean and spacious with great amenities and the grounds were well maintained. The team - especially Georgia were fantastic! Nothing was ever too much trouble and they accommodated all our requests with no problem at all. We had 3 meetings with Georgia leading up to the wedding to go over the details each time. She responded to our emails promptly - even if it was just the smallest of questions. The food on the day was very tasty and all staff during the day were so kind and helpful. The whole day ran so smoothly and the team worked so hard to change the lay out of the room each time while guests were being entertained in the Piano Bar/gardens. Thank you to Georgia and all the team at The Warren Estate for such a fantastic and memorable day.

Negative experience: The front 9 seemed like it was all up one big hill. Too many crossovers that were poorly laid out. One hole you tee off over a green? All in all a dreadful experience for £45 quid. And don't me started on the pro shop not letting me play in golf Attire because it didn't have a collar? Thought I'd time warped back to 1936. Worst course I have ever played hands down

Fantastic experience: Had a very enjoyable round of golf with a great bacon roll before teeing off and a great steak pie afterwards. Very helpful staff in golf shop and clubhouse. Recommend a visit. I shall definitely return. Went back today (16/6). Everything still good but ground getting firm in places. Hopefully get some rain soon?

Fantastic experience: Where can I start…. We are so incredibly grateful and over the moon that we chose to get married at the Warren estate. From start to finish they were amazing! Not only were they attentive to all our needs but their unbelievably warm and friendly making us feel so comfortable. The venue is just stunning and the food is honestly the best we have EVER had at a wedding. We also hired the house on the estate for 2 nights and it’s just stunning! As well as the rose barn suites which are equally beautiful. Georgia and Meriel were amazing with the planning process and Darren the owner is the loveliest guy too. Fantastic experience: I got married here at the Warren Estate back in March, and it was a day to remember! The team was magical and made the day fly by with such ease, they are all so caring and make your dream wedding come to life. We had fantastic reviews from all our guests about the food, the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet were to die for! A special shout out to Jo for waiting on us hand and foot all day and making sure everything ran smoothly, she even joined us on the dance floor for a dance in the evening which we loved. I highly recommend the venue, the scenery is absolutely beautiful and the wedding packages they offer are so reasonably priced compared to others in the area for everything you get included. Fantastic experience: It's hard to put into words how much we love this venue and the staff! Our wedding day was so special and we could not fault anything. Meriel, Jo and Darren were there every step of the way in planning our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very organised throughout and most of all we felt such at ease and in their capable hands. The day itself was everything we could ever want it to be. Everything run smoothly and we all had an amazing time. The staff were absolute stars and we received lots of compliments on how friendly and warming they were. In fact, they felt like part of the family and we truly enjoyed celebrating the day with them. Special thanks to Meriel and Jo who fully supported us and took care of everything. We received many compliments on how tasty the food was and the amount of food was incredible. We opted for a BBQ buffet style wedding breakfast as we wanted an informal setting. The proved to be very popular with everyone. We had a few close family members with honest options say it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The Rose Barn accommodation was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It served as the perfect place to get ready in the morning and then provided great overnight accommodation. The other rooms were booked for close family and we all mentioned how comfortable and modern the rooms were. We had an amazing full english breakfast in the morning which was definitely needed! Fantastic experience: Went for a wedding on 27th August. The estate was lovely and the wedding went so smoothly. The hostess was so lovely and gave amazing service and even tried to help us find a cab at the end of the night. Honestly the whole staff were really friendly and helped make the day for the couple special. Toilets were really clean. Food was delicious. Grounds were beautiful. A really lovely venue for a wedding. Hands down was the best wedding I've been to in a longggg time.

Fantastic experience: We attended the wedding of Grace and Frankie on 2nd-3rd July. A truly special romantic day in an outside setting. The staff (shout out to Darren and team) could not do enough for us. We had a fantastic weekend of memories. The bar staff love a cheeky dance and the waiting staff responded to every request quickly and with a smile and laugh. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Grace, Frankie, and both families for hosting one of the most beautiful weddings we have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: On Saturday the 2nd of July my daughter married her soul mate at the Warren Estate. To say this day was Beautiful, flawless ,breath taking, perfect just doesn’t even begin to describe the day. Darren , April and the whole team at the Warren took care of everything down to the finest detail. We stayed the whole weekend with our family letting us take in the the whole momentous occasion. We really can’t thank them enough. If any couple are looking for the wedding of your dreams then look no further you are taken care of from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Great venue. Just got married here. Although set within the grounds of a golf course it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Excellent value and the staff were brilliant. They all seemed to enjoy what they do and this is reflected in the service. Fantastic experience: Where do I start.. We had our wedding here on 15th June 2022, The most magical day we could ever imagine. From the day Darren showed us round on an open day, to the moment we left after our wedding he was absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much to ask. He made sure our day ran like clock work, Kept us all at ease and it was just what I needed to calm the nerves on the day. Even through the meal he kept checking to see everything was okay. Jo and Meriel are the most lovely and welcoming people youll ever meet, both made you feel so at ease, all the planning meetings we had and even up to the day they both made sure everything was perfect for us. It made me laugh that Jo drove me and my dad to the ceremony in the London cab! She was amazing and so much fun. Every member of staff greeted us with a welcoming smile and were so helpful on our day. The food was amazing! We went for the Wrapped Chicken for our main and it was the most delicious meal ever! Everyone said to us how much they loved the food. The venue is the most beautiful place, the grounds are kept immaculate considering there are weddings back to back some days, everywhere was spotless. When we first came to look at The Warren Estate we didn't even make it to the car before turning back round and booking our day. The only worry I had on the day was the weather, nothing else fazed me as I knew Darren and the team had it all in hand and they really did make the day amazing. We couldn't have picked a better place, I am so grateful we stumbled across it when viewing venues and will be returning in the future to eat on anniversaries and other occasions.

Fantastic experience: We got married here and what can we say about The Warren Estate? Firstly it is a fantastic venue full of fantastic people and we’re so glad we found them! From the first time we entered The Rose Barn and met Darren (all the way back in 2020) we were made to feel so welcome - like our wedding was the most important one in the calendar! We chose this venue for our wedding after this first meeting without hesitation. Not only did we get a brilliant deal from Darren but we knew he and the team were going to do everything they could to give us the wedding we dreamed of and they exceeded those expectations 2 years later. We had to delay our wedding twice during the pandemic and throughout this tough period Darren was so helpful, so understanding of our needs and the situation we were in, checking in to see how our plans were coming along, happy to answer any questions we had - no matter how small. He always put our minds at ease. We were lucky enough to have Jo and Meriel at our every need in the weeks leading up to the big day. We were doing a lot of the decorating ourselves to give our wedding that personal touch so it was amazing that Jo and Meriel helped us out by coming in the afternoon/evening before the wedding to set up tables etc and we ended up being able to decorate most of the venue the evening before the wedding took place. Lucky us! On the day the whole team made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a perfect day and everyone contributed to that in lots of different ways. From Wendy helping us out with morning decorations, to Jo, Meriel and Kubi coordinating the order of the day, our cake storage and transportation (it was very heavy!), the aisle walks, our dinner announcements etc etc too much to list!… to the young Sam sorting out last minute deserts and Ahmet the chef for whipping it up, so speedy and delicious! And to all the bar staff for being so friendly and making sure everyone got what they needed all the time in the evening, including shot trays on the dance floor, great work! We can’t thank everybody enough for going above and beyond to make it the perfect day. We would highly recommend the Warren Estate!

Fantastic experience: My wife had her birthday party here, and it was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and made it a very special evening. We also hired the DJ recommended by The Warren, and he was excellent. I would definitely recommend taking a look if you are looking for a venue for your next function.

Fantastic experience: Had my daughters wedding at the Rose Barn, The Warren Estate we had an excellent time. The drive through the golf course to get to the venue just sets this place off, the staff first class bent over backwards to help and nothing was to much trouble. If you're looking for a venue to get married check this place out you won't regret it

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding at the beautiful Warren Estate in August 2023 (apologies for the late review!) and we absolutely loved it! Firstly the venue itself is stunning as is the Wayside house and the Rose Rooms; all very well maintained and just has the best atmosphere. The Rose Rooms including bridal suite were beautiful, so comfortable and so classily decorated; everyone loved their sleep that night! We also had the Wayside house the night before for the bridal party and were also lucky enough to have it the night of our wedding for important guests we couldn't fit into the rose rooms; it is a fabulous feature and 100% worth having for the night before your wedding, it starts the party early and is so convenient. Obviously it isn't catered at all but you can bring your own food supplies like we did and use the well equipped kitchen. Us girls are big kids so we had a classic kids party food buffet at night then made ourselves bacon sarnies when we got up again at 4am to start getting ready! Talking about food the food provided by the Warren Estate is absolutely stunning. Our canapes, wedding breakfast, evening buffet, and breakfast the day after were all so delicious and had wonderful portion sizes, not too small like some places but not huge either. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the chicken supreme we had for mains at the wedding breakfast! Everything throughout our day was coordinated so beautifully by Merriell and Georgia, they couldn't have done a better job keeping everything on track and moving! We also do want to give a special thanks to Merriell for the almost 2 years of frequent phone calls and visits she graciously and helpfully fielded from us whilst we got ourselves sorted in the run up to our wedding, she is truly an asset to the venue, she handled us (and the brides eccentric mother haha) brilliantly from start to finish; as did Georgia towards the end of our process and on our day. All of the staff at the Warren Estate in the bar and lounge etc are also so lovely and make you feel so welcome. The only thing that confused us on the day was that we were told that someone would handle putting the decorations out (other than table settings that my brother was pre-arranged to do) but upon arriving the groom and groomsmen were informed they would need to do it, which luckily they had the time and ability to but we weren't prepared for. So just bare in mind you'll need to organise the decorating yourself. We would also warn anyone that if the venue is still recommending Funkbox as a DJ to avoid them as the DJ Funkbox sent ignored our requests/instructions and partially ruined the party part of our wedding for us, then were rude to us when we asked what happened after the fact. This is obviously not a reflection on the venue just something we would like to warn people if they still are recommending them. Overall we would whole heartedly recommend the Warren Estate for anyone's special day, it's truly a wonderful venue with delicious food, lovely on-site accommodation, and a team of people that are genuinely an asset to them. Fantastic experience: Lovely staff in the club , beautiful place Unfortunately we had gone to a lodge we had rented for 3 days..IT WAS A SCAM.. No 7 does not exist.. if you see this review before booking there please note it can only be booked through Ho Seasons holidays . Anyway making the best of a bad day we went to the clubhouse for food.. The girls behind the bar are super and the chef is top notch

Negative experience: Played a 3 ball yesterday, paid for 18 holes but only got to play 17! Was not informed when booking or paying that 13th hole was not in use. We arrived on the tee, got set to go and the workmen just ignored us (no signage saying the hole wasn't in play). We kept calling out to them - politely, to move. Eventually they gesticulated that they wouldn't so we gave up and moved on. As we passed them they were surly and offered no apology. Fast forward to the 15th hole. We were on the green putting and the same workmen came belting up the fairway in a car, jumped out and started effing and blinding amongst each other. It seemed that they were deliberately trying to put us off our game and it was quite intimidating.
