Negative experience: Rude staff lady on the reception was taling about me thinking i didn't hear her but i did, awful gym tiny not enough space. I can never book a class They are always fully booked. Harwich is in desperate need of a decent gym one where staff are kind to people. I paid membership for 7 months but couldn't bring myself to go in there as I don't find it a welcoming environment. I just wished Harwich had a better gym.

Positive experience: Have been going for over a year, small gym and good for what I want ie:cardio Sadly tv screens now not in use. Hope it's an oversight ,cos I like to watch whilst on treadmill and bike. I hate exercise so the TV helped me. Hope it gets sorted quickly

Fantastic experience: Fun outdoor Maverick skatepark for all ages. Definitely worth a visit.

Negative experience: Im an adult and can swim fine but if your asthmatic I would say don’t go because they won’t let you in the deep end pathetic I went there for a swim and couldn’t waste of money there for 20 minutes

Positive experience: Staff are nice and swimming pool is good. Changing rooms are smart with plenty of lockers. Gym has some great equipment but is extremely small, so no room to stretch etc. and often no room for free weights. Definitely no possibility for supersets with different equipment. Also they don't limit numbers so sometimes you go in, particularly around 5-7 and there's not a single thing free. No WiFi for guests and seems to be a 4g black spot. Would be 5 stars if there were fewer benches and therefore some floor space, they limited gym numbers and there was wi fi.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pool & gym. Lessons for children are good. Lovely swim teachers.
