Fantastic experience: Really good place, today was my first day and i was happy with everything.

Negative experience: Worst gym I have ever been to. Was earned by previous member if how bad it was but sadly refused to listen. Whilst attending a class that eas badly run I sustained an injury through not being shown how to bench press properly. Have not been able to attend gym since and am paying for nothing. My introduction class to teach me how to use the machines in the gym prior was a joke...asked for a small plan to be drawn up heard nothing since then the person left. Afyer my injury months later was finally headed enough I could stress other classes I enjoyed, they had all disappeared In favour of a running group, under 18's gym and zumba and legs buns and tiums. I'd have joined mumsnet if that's what i was after. Complete waste of time. And all other 10 reviews are from the 10 regulars thar have been since gym opened. Do your research first. Useless

Negative experience: Always loved this place... but today.... its been swolled and swarmed with all the woke ... "I won't wash my hands or the equipment, new year resolution folk".. which is to be expected and almost tolerable.. what's not tollaerable is the 30deg heat inside.. extra body and no one has thought about cranking the air con up ....and definitely not putting the Oust about. I've been sick in my mouth twice..... basic hygiene and consideration fail. Meanwhile its snowing outside. All money.....no sense

Fantastic experience: Good gym, staff are very friendly and happy to help. Usually quiet so waiting for equipment isn’t really an issue. Everything seems to be well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Claire and Maks are the best! They are so supportive and encouraging. The gym is now spotlessly clean, they always try to keep the weights organised and always rejigging things to make the flow of the gym better. Classes have become very popular, which means they must be good! Very welcome addition of spin express now also. I really enjoy going, especially because they’ve become my biggest cheerleaders!

Positive experience: Decent gym, decent equipment, decent facilities. A bit tired. Not a patch on my local AT Fitness down south, but everything you need to throw some weight around. Extremely quiet every time I go!

Fantastic experience: Staff on top of cleaning and keeping the gym tidy. Was quiet so had free range basically. Good selection of equipment. Good use of space however could potentially be bigger to accommodate more specialist equipment etc
