Fantastic experience: The Parent & Baby classes are so good - Vicky and Emily are great instructors, and give you different options for difficulty levels. It’s so welcoming with the babies and a great way to meet new friends.

Fantastic experience: Love attending Pilates classes, always inspiring and dedicated trainers. Clean swimming pool for young and old and sauna. Worth the money!

Negative experience: Asked the staff politely if they were able to setup a volleyball in the sports hall that was booked. Which then one of the following staff members gave a one word answer “no”

Positive experience: I love coming swimming. The pool is great and a wonderful facility. The only downer was the amount of hair and plasters in the showers and changing room. We came at 3.30 pm today so it would be great if a quick clean is done after the private hire session?… Then I would definitely give 5 stars.

Positive experience: Gym very small , more people go there to use there mobile then to work out so waiting to use equipment Certain times adults can use the pool and sauna Shower could do with a good clean

Negative experience: The lessons are amazing, Pilates and yoga but I never access. I am in a lesson membership, where I can only book 4 days before and I can never get yoga and Pilates classes. Very disappointing . I add my email for cancellations but never get a space. It is also very disappointing to see last minutes cancellations , many of them.

Positive experience: Pool is usually clean and well run. Showers could do with more than the occasional rinse to keep the floors clean. Surprisingly the walls and cubicle doors also need a clean, who’d have guessed eh! The programme changes often but that’s to be expected as we are “borrowing” the facilities from the school so I guess they get first choice. It is a great pity that the developers couldn’t find an architect that didn’t need to destroy the tree population before designing new facilities and then replanting new trees. Surely there are more environmentally considerate architects out there. The soul has been ripped out of the pleasant surroundings we previously enjoyed.

Fantastic experience: Not really loved it..had COVID and Flu Jab there..People there to help were good..good thing done..but to be honest..expect to feel a bit queasy..for next few days..but best option..in case..you may contract later..but probably..only mild..if you have it done..could save..?

Fantastic experience: Well equipped spacious facilities covering many fitness and sports requirements. Also has an outdoor fitness to enhance the facilities. There is also an indoor pool onsite and squash courts too. Nice setting within Christ Hospital School just outside Horsham. Pricing is reasonable with deals covering a variety of needs. Definitely recommended!

Positive experience: Would love to give the facilities more stars but we visit every week and when we go to the cafe get so disappointed by the staff that work there. They are so slow, dont know what they are doing and so unenthusiastic. If they were any slower they would be in reverse. They do let the rest of the centre down which is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best gyms that I’ve seen, my son goes there and he always comes back looking happy, tired out, but he says that he feels stronger so that’s good for me! There isn’t anything that could hurt any of the kids there as they aren’t the ones who set their limits the coaches do which I find is very good because I know a lot of people who have destroyed muscles by working themselves too hard. My son is 12 so he goes into the 10-14 age group. The times for this age group are Tuesdays at 4:30-5:15 Thursdays at 4:30-5:15 and Saturdays at 9:15-10. If your son gets membership which is a very good deal of £12 a month. Then you have access to all the equipment there including but not limited to the swimming pool, squash courts, table tennis courts and tennis courts and so much more! The people there are a very friendly lot of kids and coaches which I have found has made my son become a lot more confident as he is normally a very shy kid but now I feel like he’s become a lot less shy, he’s made a lot more friends as well in the gym and someone who goes to his school is there as well! I’m very pleased with blue coats gym and I encourage more parents trying to find a gym for their child to go to blue coats as they have other age groups as well, and also the guy in the cafe Boris is such I nice person and the cafe food is incredibly nice! You also get all those benefits of being able to access any of the equipment or courts etc without you needing to get a membership if your child has a membership than you can go to any of the other activities but your child has to be there with you and you will have to pay a small amount as a guest. But apart from that blue coats gym is a wonderful gym and I am very happy with it and I think you will be happy with it too if you decide to choose it for your child’s gym! I hope this helped you in any way shape or form.

Positive experience: Covid booster centre, well organised. Got through lots of people very quickly.

Negative experience: We regularly book a badminton court here and unfortunately it usually comes with an issue. This week it was kids literally playing football around our court followed by the pillates class walking over it at the end. We pay for our court, at the very least it would be good to play our game without being ran into and pressured off our court 10 mins early by people rolling mats out on either side of us and a basket of weights being rolled out behind us causing further disruption to our game. Staff are either ignorant or thoughtless.

Positive experience: I visited the Sportshall for a tournament, so don't have full grasp on all the facilities. The sports hall seems well lit, the floor in good condition and clean. It's slightly disappointing that there's no viewing balcony.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. Thank you to all the staff and NHS.

Fantastic experience: Good to get back to the gym now I've been vaccinated twice. Gym well laid out to cater for social distancing with spray and hand gel very much in evidence. You are to sanitise the equipment immediately after use. Inspires confidence.

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a gym that I felt safe in following the re-opening of leisure facilities post-lockdown and stumbled across Bluecoats. I was more than impressed with the standards they had in place, the quality of the facilities, the ease of booking sessions and the helpfulness of the staff and signed up immediately. Spacious, good quality equipment and the fitness yard was great in warmer weather!
