I have started SPARR with Akin and it’s been phenomenal! From beginning to end front desk to the SPIN, HITT to SPARR to the stretches it’s excellent! What I like about the instructors is the variations ! And they care about you! Lovely team!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It is slightly smaller than other branches but with everything you need for a full workout. The club is sparkling clean and staff is very friendly all the time! The morning classes with Cristina are amazing, she’s a great trainer and always helpful!

Fantastic experience: I have joined the gym almost 2 years ago. Best decision ever. I have visited different venues but the Berkeley square branch just hits differently. The staff is amazing, professional, welcoming, always ready to help and to make you feel home. The knowledge and passion they have for fitness and for the members is unmatched. Eniko, Irma, Akim, Alfie, Kyle, Ayo, Effie you are the best an athlete can ask for.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined and very happy with Fitness First in Mayfair. Well equiped gym and great staff, thanks Cristina for your amazing classes! Only improvement point: gym closes at 9 pm whereas most other gym close at 10 pm, would be great to have one extra opening hour in the evening.

I have had the pleasure of being a member at Fitness First Gym for years and I must say, the experience has been incredible, largely thanks to the outstanding staff and facilities. Cristina, in particular, has stood out as one of the most engaging and welcoming individuals. From the moment I walk through the doors, Cristina's warm smile and friendly demeanor and the rest of the staff make me feel right at home. I love that there is a Boxing bag, sauna in addition to all the equipment. Well done. keep up the great work!!!

Fantastic experience: I have the pleasure of spending a good few months of the year at this gym while travelling for work and can easily say it's a great gym. Staff members are amazing, the gym is ALWAYS clean. The gym is smaller than most but it has everything you need and as they say great things come in small(ish) packages, thank you guys for making my stay in London managible

Fantastic experience: Very good gym I was impressed by the level of friendliness of the team . Personal trainers are very are very helpful and very competent I am really happy to have found this amazing gym next to my workplace!

Negative experience: Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, but the gym is tiny. Equipment is very very limited and geared towards those who want to use treadmills/spin bikes. Very busy during lunch, so if you want to use this during lunch and do weight training, I'd be wary about signing up, as you'll be waiting around a lot. In addition, getting a pass to the building to use the gym is a massive faff and wasted a lot of my time

Fantastic experience: A great neighbourhood gym with a friendly vibe and great people. Everyday they provide fun and inspiring classes, challenging you to reach your best potential, and the facilities are always clean. If you ever need advice on your training or have some questions, there is someone there to help. I would recommend this gym to anyone and I’m really happy to have found this gem in central London!

Fantastic experience: I love the friendly and welcome greeting from reception whenever i come in, I am always greeted with a smile and this has been the same for the 15 years I have been coming here. I really enjoy the classes - Christina, Eni and Julie have great energy, technique and the ability to make you workout with their own unique style. The PT's are also always friendly, its not the biggest of gyms but it has lots of personality !

Fantastic experience: My FAVOURITE gym in London by far everyone here is a total angel, makes your experience so fun and personable every time. Plenty of great equipment for you to use and make your workout awesome each and every time. The facilities are fantastic and the sauna at the end of your workout is the cherry on the top! Have been coming here since January and love it each and every time I visit (which is a lot)

Fantastic experience: This hub is pretty cool !! love the girls ( Eniko, Julie, Irma) , classes are 30 min , but intense , it has all that you need to train and it's not super crowded , which it's a total reset for the mind and body !!!xx

Positive experience: gym is standard and clean, good value for the area but room for improvement. spin class in the middle of the gym is quite strange. not much space to work out if you don't use machines. mats are very small. towels are small and often not available.

Fantastic experience: I was just in town for a visit and signed up at this gym since it was the closest option. The trainers are extremely friendly and helpful, this made the vibe at the gym very pleasant from the moment I walked in. The gym is small but it still contains two larger spaces that enable you to do lunges, deadlifts and hip thrusts. For a smaller gym the layout and the positioning of the equipment just work well together, creating a good atmosphere. Everything was clean and organized !

Fantastic experience: The classes at Berkeley Square are excellent and impactful, Cristina does a great job at ensuring they are varied every day and adds more challenging ones such as stability focused to ensure you keep developing. She also remembers areas you want to work on and explains things well. I find the gym very friendly, the instructors know your name and are helpful, good camaraderie between the gym goers too.

The staff is super friendly, they make you feel very welcome and they are real professionals. Be it the reception team with Eniko, Sanjay and Ruben or the personal trainers with Ayo, Iffy and Sunday, I would recommend anyone to use the Fitness First Green Park.

Every inch of this gym is put to use but you can usually get on the kit you want. Not fussy and great value especially for Mayfair totally recommend
