Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever seen lovely place the facilities are the best in the world

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome full range of equipment it's like a gym theme park! I spent 2 hours there and was still running around the place getting all excited trying out machines I didn't even know existed! Would definitely go back again wish I could go over everyday! Or every 5 hours A+++++++

Fantastic experience: Massive gym with lots of great kit. Really spacious and has machines for literally everything and any angle of leg press and hack. It’s a little cold in here I find but other than that it has a great atmosphere. We used the gym for our group coaching photoshoot which was perfect. We were able to use the little mezzanine for chill and relax, then make our way down to the gym. Because it’s so spacious it meant we could comfortably do the shoot without also getting in anyone’s way who were there to train. Really great the staff let us do that. The gym has such a good vibe!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the Wirral, never had to wait for any machines or equipment even at peak hours . Highly recommend for someone who knows what they doing as there are no instructions on machines and the quantity of macheins can be overwhelming for a beginners.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Gyms I have ever been to. No waiting time on any machines or dumbells, very clean and perfectly organised. Easy to access from the motorway in case you travel from far, which is definitely worth it. I will be visiting again

Fantastic experience: Moved here from another gym recently. Not a fan of change but felt welcome and gym facilities 1st class.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always really friendly and helpful & a there is a huge amount of equipment. It can seem a bit cramped and a bit overwhelming because of the amount there, but that just means you never need to wait to get on a machine or get your hands on any free weights. There’s also a huge range of protein powders and drinks available for purchase, along with a decent clothing range. The changing rooms are alsp clean and well laid out.

Negative experience: The gym is amazing and the facilities are alright for a 2 hour work-out, my only problem with the gym is it's basic extorsion of money, I've canceled my gym membership about 2 months ago and long before it was due to be payed, yet I get emails and phone messages to pay my gym membership which now I've been asked for an amount of around £73, there is no way of contacting the gym other than going in person. At least add a phone number on the website

Negative experience: There have been no changing rooms, lockers, showers, or toilets for about 3 months now. Well, there have never been lockers, and the bathroom/changing rooms were a building site from the get-go. 1 Toilet for the entire gym for months, which likely isn't even legal, According to the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992, employers are required to provide suitable and sufficient sanitary conveniences at readily accessible places. The Approved Code of Practice suggests the minimum number of facilities based on the number of people at the workplace: 1 toilet and washbasin for 1-5 people, 2 toilets and washbasins for 6-25 people, 3 toilets and washbasins for 26-50 people. This is a gym, not a workplace but I'd assume the guidelines are similar. They are closed for a week for more "essential maintenance", stating Saturday 22nd re-open (considering other works were meant to be done months ago, this isn't likely). Offering no compensation to members, other than to use their Huyton gym, which is a 22-mile, 70-minute round trip drive, and £4 in tunnel fees, each day. Ridiculous suggestion, be cheaper to get a month pass at another gym. Which I've had to do. Shame because the actual gym itself is good, with plenty of equipment, kit, machines, weights etc. It's clear that they wanted to get this gym open asap before it was ready, and just threw something together. Now it's affecting members with no genuine recourse from Management.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Great equipment, not too busy, full of people who just want to train. Get in, have a great workout, leave. What more can you ask for

Negative experience: I joined in January, and initially this place seemed good. The changing rooms have been under construction for months, no running water, urinals out of bounds, sauna under construction literally, just bits of wood and stuff everywhere, it's like they've just give up. Lockers have no locks. Been asking about the issues for ages, and no one seems to know or care what's going on. Can slowly see machine and gym not being maintained, such a shame, sadly I won't be renewing my membership. The car parking is another constant nightmare.

Negative experience: There aren’t any classes anymore for the last two months even though paid membership should include them No running water in sinks in toilets.. not sure how thats even allowed post covid And a lot of machines are missing pins or not working for weeks Won’t be joining for sure Messaged and emailed but never got a reply for any updates sadly. Shame because could be great and has loads of equipment but seems like they are never fixed and the place isn’t being taken care of. Would be worth it if they focused on fixing the place up rather than selling protein shakes..

Fantastic experience: My skin is dark enough to stand in the corner unnoticed so I can touch myself while watching the buff gym heads do their thing . Nice selection of protein snacks also

Fantastic experience: What a hidden gem, I have had to change gyms due to job relocation. I have visited many gyms on the Wirral the last few weeks and this is by far the best. The equipment is outstanding. I am probably going to join the only thing holing me back is there are only 3 early morning classes mon-fri. This would be absolutely perfect if there was one every morning.
