Fantastic experience: Great service, and atmosphere at the Gym, Danish and Pervez are really helpful and professional.

Negative experience: They take £1600 for personal training qualification. They assure you that you can get a job at any gym. Once completed. You get told those qualifications are worthless. And they refuse to refund the money or even reply to your concerns.

Fantastic experience: Great wee gym multi layers never wait for equipment a proper gym. Doesn't have tik toker vibes. Nice welcoming tour buzzin to get started.. siging up to a few classes to destroy my body why not Love it !!

Fantastic experience: An amazing location where to experience Gym fitness in another style and vibe.

Positive experience: I've been a member of this gym and attending it consistently since January 2023. The range and quality of equipment is really good, and I like how the gym is never too busy at the times I go so I can mostly get on the equipment I want to use. However, more so recently I've noticed how much the building seems to be falling apart, there are holes in the ceilings and walls, as well leaks from the ceilings which have been there since December 2023. The gym was also closed for quite some period over the festive period of 23/24 due to various reasons, and there were no freebies given/or discounted membership as compensation for the prolonged closure. Today I also noticed a sign on the women's changing advising that its out of use till further notice, no alternative changing/toilet area given. I just think all of this is quite poor and something that could be improved.

Fantastic experience: Great gym be good when the steam units go in and the gents get our hair dryer back lol its a good gym with everything I need even my grand daughter joind.

Fantastic experience: A comfortable environment. I feel welcome and able to work out in peace. I'm a middle aged woman, looking to get healthier. I don't feel judged, and everyone has been friendly and encouraging. I've signed up for 1:1 support from Katie, and she's really helped me get into a routine, that's steadily showing results.

Positive experience: énergie fitness Glasgow has a good variety of equipment and clean facilities. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. The location is very convenient for me . Overall, I would recommend énergie fitness Glasgow for its facilities, but keep in mind that the staff may not be as friendly and helpful as expected.

Negative experience: This gym connects it's payments to a debt collector site, if you cancel your direct debit they try to charge you £40+. I would recommend everyone avoids

Positive experience: A great local gym that breaks the stereotype of what a typical gym user is like. This gyms user are all shapes, sizes, ages, religions and colours. No-one will feel out of place in this really friendly gym. I'd like to give 5 stars, but as others have said, there needs to be some investment in equipment....but....this is after the lengthy covid gym shutdowns (where they automatically suspended payments).. So can understand that money will be tighter for the owners..

Positive experience: Joined recently and have been impressed, for £19.99 a month it's definitely good value for money, peak times are a little crowded but it's one of these thing's, people go there just to work out, unlike some gyms that can be full of posers and steroid gurners, the music isn't the greatest and a little loud, but that's probably because I'm getting old and grumpy!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym. Friendly professional experienced staff always on hand when needed. They adapt all to suit the new covid restrictions and I think the place just gets better and better. When I’m short on motivation they make themselves available and always stop for a wee chat. Which lifts my spirits I’ve been here nearly 4 years and that’s longer than any gym and I won’t be leaving. When the classes are on they are excellent.

Small weight room can get crowded quickly small locker room not many shower cubicals Overall is okay But for the price you could go to pure gym silverburn about a mile away which is better and cheaper

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in in south end. Its also closer to Newton Mearns and Giffnock. Its very affordable. It has wide range of weight lifting and plent of bikes and treadmills. So either you are looking to lose weight or get ripped this gym is for you. Also the staff is great and helpful and gym is always clean. GO FOR IT !

Fantastic experience: Good, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Equipment is clean and modern and have yet to have any issues with getting on equipment. Plenty of classes and the variety is better than you'd expect for the monthly payment. All in all no complaints. Worth the money and then some.
