Positive experience: In large old hall. Old and worn equipment. Could do with some updating. Cold. On last visit saw a middle aged lady exercising wearing an outdoor coat!! Guess you warmed up don't need air conditioning. Lighting could be better. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking on site. Some clubs and exercise classes. Update to comment. Thank you for the response. This gym is in a good location - and this does have a good potential to be a great gym. Looking forward to the updates.

Negative experience: Ex Gurkha Soldier here, after 10yrs of being a regular here in this gym since it used to be called Fight Science, the Gym staff made a complaint today as I was being "too loud" in the gym more than any of other gym users,and warned to cancel my membership or change the Gym. This was absolutely humiliating and I believed this is an act of discrimination as so many other gym users also make loud noise and he picked on just me for the first time in 10 years of comming here.
Fantastic experience: Great place. Never too busy in the gym at any time. Staff all very friendly. Not huge gym area but got everything you need. A lot of classes rent the matted space to so lots going on every evening. Weekends very quiet so great time to train

Fantastic experience: Excellent setup! A proper gym with good weights, mats, crossfit and combat lessons, from boxing, wrestling, to K1/Mma. For all ages, even under 16s. Staff pleasant, polite and informative! Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Big Spacious gym with a lot of equipment! You can find the usual stuff but also a lot of old school equipment which newer gyms don't really have anymore. I went here to watch an MMA fight and really enjoyed it. There's plenty of free parking around.
Fantastic experience: Came to visit the gym for work and was met with really friendly staff and an amazing facility. The facility has some epic heritage with the British Army, built in 1890 with the original architecture preserved. Great sporting facilities including Wrestling, Judo, MMA, Crossfit and Weightlifting. Definitely worth visiting!

Fantastic experience: I go to the K1 on Monday and boxing on Wednesday. Excellent workout and well worth it. Better than just running machines and doing weights.
