Fantastic experience: Amazing 50m pool. Great for training. Very deep at the deep end so not for the faint of heat. Make sure you don't lose your smart watch while swimming like I did. It was a long way down to go and get it.

Fantastic experience: Joined to use the squash courts. Nicest courts we’ve found in the area. Courts are reasonably priced too. Evening sessions book up quite quickly.

Fantastic experience: I think the swimming facilities are amazing! Huge 50m pool, friendly for all users. There is free parking as well!! Different clubs (including my old club, Guildford City) train there, but there are also casual swimmers in the pool and other lessons going on before our sessions too. Spacious changing rooms and quite clean too. Pool kept at nice temperature and there are seats so you can watch the swimmers. Excellent pool to train at and great to get an experience of a 50m pool. ❤️

Negative experience: It's very hard to get badminton court at evening after 7pm. People who allow to booked in advance 10days only opportunity. We only allowed to book 7days in advance if possible could you make all costumes equally & fearly could be helpful for us . thank you so much.

Positive experience: Seemed nice enough. I visited for an event, so I didn't use all the facilities.

Negative experience: Good sports centre but someone selling the coffee is ripping of. They are selling large coffe where they have reduced the quantity of coffee in a cup. When you buy a large one the coffee would not even fill to the top the regular cup. The sizeflation used by all the retailers when at the same time all wholesale commodities prices are falling down I run for larger profit is disgraceful and sickening. On the photo you see the original large cup coffe pured to the regular cup without loosing a sip.

Fantastic experience: Easy parking. Small gym. Relatively cheap membership. Friendly staff. Big swimming pool, better for competent swimmers only. Not a leisure pool. Good size sports hall, enough for 8 badminton courts. Nice and hot showers.

Fantastic experience: Amazing pool - 2m deep everywhere except the diving area where it goes down to 3.8m. Very clean, light, airy and warm. Water a reasonable temperature. Grandson does swimming lessons there.

Positive experience: Wi-Fi constantly down. Inside the gym itself you can’t get signal so majority rely on the Wi-Fi. The sound system in the gym has not been working for best part of March. When you ask staff to turn up what music you can hear seems it goes in one ear and out the other. Love the gym but the small things are what makes it much better. I mean surely they can get these minors sorted but seems to take them the time it would to sort major problems. Shame really as it doesn’t look good on the establishment.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities. Always clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a small food station and a comfortable area to sit and relax. Male wet changing rooms are a little too snug for a facility so large. All in all, still a 5 star facility with 5 star service.

Negative experience: The garrison gym does not provide a separate way to buy water or refreshments. If there of site companies vending machines are broke which they are a lot you can’t buy nothing. Any other sports facility I’ve used or been to you have several ways to buy refreshments. I’ve complained about it for months and the machines are out of order a lot.

Positive experience: Weights room needs more kit. Can get really hot in there during summer months.

Fantastic experience: Visiting for swimming gala the venue is in great condition well maintained. No food facilities onsite other than three vending machines 1 bottle drinks, 1 coffee, 1 chocolate and crisps. Lots of parking which is free.

Positive experience: The gym itself is out of date and requires a referb the equipment is basic and is very limited. The TV's are all faded and broken inside the cardio room and weights room has only the most basic weights and lacks new or more advanced machines . The pool is the only real saying grace.

Fantastic experience: AGSC staff have worked really hard throughout the pandemic and right from the start members had access to a range of online fitness activities across each day which were clearly set out, easy to book and very enjoyable. With lockdown it made the interactions - especially for those living alone - a point of contact with others. Staff were always ready to advise or to respond to email. Now open again, the Centre - always very clean and well managed - is well set out with a one way system of entrance and exit and Covid safe which is very reassuring. Online Classes also continue. Centre classes are conducted with provision for social distancing; members are encouraged to bring their own equipment where possible (i.e. mats) and sanitising materials are also provided for members' use.

Positive experience: Play squash there regularly and my daughter use to have swimming lessons. The pool is great and the teachers were really good, would recommend that. The squash courts are very reasonable, but could do with being repainted. The booking system can be hit and miss, have had a few occasions over the years where our booking has been lost... But not normally a problem when you book in person. Only other drawback is that the last squash court is often used for classes and the music is pumped out pretty loud...

Fantastic experience: This a an amazing place. Clean, modern and has so much to offer. There is so much on you'll have to ask at the reception to get all the details. A 50m pool thats clean with diving boards. Military can get free entry. There is also loads surrounding it as well. Football, rugby, athletics and hockey. It's just a huge complex. If you live round there your very lucky.....

Positive experience: It's a nice place, tidy and friendly, but because I was in the past a swim teacher, i don't think is the best pool where my kids can learn to swim. I can't understand how is possible to teach swim in just 30min. per week?!?!
