Positive experience: It's a great price don't like entrance pods claustrophobic bit soulless but provides what I need. Wouldn't want to go alone. Have met 1 staff member very helpful

Fantastic experience: I came back to working out after a few years. I found this gym perfect for me. Good points are that the gym is not overcrowded, they have plenty of equipment so you can do any exercise, the employees are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Open anytime, the hydomasage bed is really good to use on some days after an intensive workout. I really like the vibe of this place.

Fantastic experience: As a loyal member at Anytime Fitness for a few years now, I absolutely love this gym! It’s the perfect sized gym for me as it has lots of space but is not overwhelming. The studio is big and so useful, I love the hydro massager they have and the dressing room has GHD hair straighteners you can use! The toilets are also really nice all with showers and hair dryers. Couldn’t ask for anything better tbh!

Fantastic experience: Easy access from the quedam carpark and you get 3 hours free parking if using the gym facilities. Friendly helpfully staff and enough kit to render useself physically unless lol

Negative experience: Not recommended If you will go for that gym, ask for confirmation email for your membership with contract attached, get everything written and sent by email as the owner is blaming customers for failure to operate and process memberships.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean gym friendly staff I was with them couple of months really I was enjoying their 24hrs service.

Positive experience: Nice fitness equipment. Kind staff. Good shower where you can choose how cold and warm you want to have the water. And you can just leave your stuff in a locker without a lock. The only downside is the blowdryer in the bathroom was broken.

Fantastic experience: Had my first workout here today. Awesome gym. Very spacious, being set over two floors. Very clean, lots of equipment, and friendly staff. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Initially i had an issue earlier on regarding the suspension of payments as my partner and i are going away on a holiday. It was resolved quickly by the manager. Great customer service!

Negative experience: Worse gym ever. I was going to that gym for 2 years and then I moved to some where else I was trying to cancel my membership I kept calling them but they never did. They charged me a lot of money whereas I wasn’t going to the gym. They told me that I will get a refund. But i never did

Negative experience: I was falsely tied into a 12 month contract despite verbally agreeing to sign for 1 month. Handed my fob in after one month and left for uni and have now been charged over 300£ for a service I haven’t used. Owner knows the full story and chooses not to reply and still seeks payment. Highly recommend seeking a gym that cares about its members rather than this place.

Fantastic experience: lovely open space and plenty of workouts you can do and the staff are friendly and are always on hand (during staffed hours) if you need some extra guidance on how to use a bit of equipment.

Positive experience: The gym by far has the best choice of equipment, the staff are always nice/happy to help. However, from going on numerous occasions I have noticed that beyond that, if you go into places such as the toilets & shower areas that it seems to be a hit or miss. I understand its everyone else who should also be contributing to keeping these areas clean, but without cleaning supplies given it does seem to be difficult.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym

Negative experience: Don’t even bother, you’ll be trapped, charged and if you want to cancel your membership for any reason other than their ridiculous ones you’ll be expected to pay the full term of your membership even though you don’t use the facilities anymore. This company has no interest in customer circumstances, they only think about how they can get your money.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for 2 weeks, staff are awesome, all remember your name and go out of their way to make genuine conversation with you. Facilities are beyond excellent, private bathrooms/toilets/showers, vanity mirrors, hair straighteners, hair dryer, lockers... everything has been thought about and provided... the big bonus 24 hour access! Couldn't recommend it more

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the club since 2020 and I haven't had anything negative to say. (aside from the club closing down mtiple times due to COVID restrictions ). The staff are friendly and welcoming. Always greets you with a smile and is willing to assist anytime. Equipments are top-notch with guides for ease of access. A range of classes are also offered throughout the week depending on what you're up to. Cleanliness and sanitation has been excellent, especially on the era of COVID. With multiple "sanitation station" so members can clean the equipment before and after use. Cleaners also go around the club throughout the day. Will definitely recommend this club!

Fantastic experience: I haven't actually used the facilities yet as I only became a member today but I really can't wait to get back to the gym!! I've been with several gyms but this one is honestly so nice!! All modern equipment, the staff seem so friendly and helpful! All round a very very nice gym I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Been using this gym 3 years now and the the high standards laid out then have somehow got higher and higher . The equipment is of a high standard. The whole place is spotlessly clean always . It’s very well run and all the staff are easy going yet professional and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to continue staying fit or first timers . We are all made to feel welcome .

Fantastic experience: Lush gym, highly recommend! Very friendly staff who are always more than happy to help with anything. You've got private showers, hair dryers and straighteners available. Plenty of machines to work on and a studio for classes is available. O swimming pool though, so if you're looking for that then this gym isn't for you. But overall, very clean and new gym, you also get 2 free hours of parking in the Queedam parking, which is like a two minute walk from the gym. Or if you park in Tesco Extra you can walk down through town which is about an 8 minute walk. A bit of a pain to walk uphill after a gym sesh tho!

Negative experience: Small and uncomfortable gym.

Positive experience: Love the gym I go too, was 5 stars but recently have changed both the upstairs and downstairs changing rooms to an extra toilet and showers. I always used the changing room but now I have to get changed in a small toilet area and is very uncomfortable; other than that it is great!

Positive experience: Good gym equipment is modern and up to date, membership is affordable (£34.99), open 24 hours is a perk, and it comes with loads of dicounts to certain places. Better than LED and Nuffield as have been to all. You get more for your money with anytime than you do with other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, love that I can use it 24 hours as I work night shifts. Has everything you need, I particularly enjoy using the app on my phone and keeping track of when I have visited the gym as it keeps me motivated to go atleast 3 times a week. Staff are approachable and friendly, facilities are always clean, everytime I've been in I've seen a cleaner going round (unless I'm in at night)
