Fantastic experience: Really great gym, lots of equipment available and obviously well maintained. The owner, David, was massively friendly, a real shame we were only able to visit once while on holiday, this would be a perfect gym for anyone lucky enough to live locally!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has an 'old school' feel which i love, not a posers gym and is generally pretty quiet which means you can focus on training with minimal distractions. Dave is very friendly and welcoming and is usually around to offer support or a friendly chit-chat to his members
