Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. I have learnt something new every time i go .Its great place for anyone that just starting or for the ones that in the game for years.

Fantastic experience: They (He, David) ran an amazing session for the lads fitness training, a new part of their football team/fitness building. Highly structured session, with the training intensity building throughout. All the boys looked knacked, but happy - & that's the key ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I go to see Leon who is a massage therapist/soft tissue therapist/ personal trainer, and he is simply the best, knows what he's on about and believe me I've had plenty of massages over the years as I suffer with fibromyalgia and am riddled with osteoarthritis, will never go anywhere else now I've found Leon. A personal thank you to him for sorting my muscles out beginning to feel the benefits ☺️
