Negative experience: After the staff and management allowed a gym goer to view CCTV footage and accuse us of theft, yet deny us every right to see the same footage. I will never step foot into such a facility as we know what thats about. I would never ever join or be a part of such an organisation. Such behaviour must never ever be accepted. Stay away from Woking Sportsbox and freedom leisure

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, good parking. Staff are always welcoming and Emily has always gone above and beyond to help.

Positive experience: Can highly recommend I've been around my fair share of gyms at both ends of the spectrum for budget (The Gym) and top end (David Lloyd). This gym has the best of both, friendly staff that care about their job. Rarely too busy (when pre-covid hours operated). Even now, avoid peak times midweek and you'll be fine. A few bits of equipment missing but generally nice new kit and plenty of space!

Negative experience: It's a lovely place to work out until you decide to cancel your membership. It took me about 3 months to finally do it, so a month notice it's a myth. Expect that you'll be waiting 18 days to get an answer to your email from the gym and then head office will ignore all your questions, requests and comments.

Fantastic experience: Available as part of Hussle/Pay as you gym. The gym floor has a decent selection of equipment but only one squat rack so prepare to adjust your routine if it's occupied. Bring your own towels and a pound coin to use the lockers.

Negative experience: The gym is fine with decent equipment but if there are any membership issues, they are not interested. A form for freezing my membership for two months was not processed, promises from an operations manger of a refund for payments taken by mistake were not acted upon and subsequent emails are now being ignored. The third party company that deals with payments (Harlands Group) are equally inept. Three emails to inform of them of cancellation have also been ignored other than an automated response saying they aim to reply in 5 working days. It has now been 3 weeks! Not great.

Fantastic experience: Get in shape, do try the body combat and body attack. The Woking Sportsbox is well equipped, clean and spacious. At the main entrance, you are able to get Costa coffees and snacks. The staff are overall very friendly. And there is ample free parking space.

Fantastic experience: First time going today and was really impressed with modern, clean and air conditioned interior. Cafe by the entrance if you fancy a snack or coffee afterwards.

Positive experience: I’m loving the new Sports Box it has good parking, friendly Staff, clean, new Equipment and Zumba Saturday mornings is the best. The teacher is full of beans.

Positive experience: This is a great place to get fit, it very large and airy. There is lots of equipment and it just been built next to school and it used by the woking communities

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, highly recommend, I hurt however the exercises that have been set are challenging & the equipment is state of the art with lots of programes which also allows to watch the news etc. Staff extremely helpful ie showing how to use the equipment with a full understanding of what it does.

Positive experience: Good place for badminton evenings (We had booked earlier). We were charged £3.90 per person (2019), it's now increased to £4.10 (2021). They did have changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: My sons football team had hired a football pitch here, the pitch is 4g and very well looked after. The Sports box place its self is very nice and security is very good, you can not just walk onto the pitches, but you have to go through the reception area to get to the pitches..

Positive experience: Excellent gym with state-of-the-art technogym instruments. Quiet and not crowded during evenings. Only drawback is it's small size.
