Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to the Gym group, all branches are good gyms but the Sheldon branch i really feel comfortable in, that much so I was going to start my Personal Training there again but my Anxiety took over and realised my PT days are in the past. All staff are great here especially Adrian with his helpful knowledge and always welcoming even when he is in the middle of a task. I will continue use this Gym as overall the team abd facilties are great value for money.

I’ve personally experienced a session with Faiza. She is so knowledgeable and supportive. It’s beyond a 5 star experience. She’s devoted to help you get to your goals and she’ll do it in the most encouraging way. If you want someone who will care about you and lead you to your end goal, then find Faiza. Honestly she is AMAZING!!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with remaining consistent in the gym for many years however Sheldon The Gym is one I feel comfortable in, it’s never too busy, everyone is friendly and the team always ensure the gym is kept clean. All the pt’s are friendly but Josh in particular has helped me tailor my workout to suit my goals and regularly checks in to see how I’m getting on, would highly recommend if looking for a PT!

This gym has changed and the credit goes to Adrian for running the gym with dedication. Everyone is nice and friendly and helpful and really work their everything to accommodate. Negative experience: This gym literally has only two bench press machines. Whenever they close for 'renovation ' there is literally no difference. Also why have the prices gone up, but there's a limit of equipment

Positive experience: Can get busy at times and there is no gym etiquette around cleaning machines after use. Classes are good and instructors are helpful though.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym since it opened, the staff have always been nice and helpful. The gym is pretty tidy. Josh, Adrian and Charlotte have been the PTs I’ve spoken the most, but all are great. They are very positive people and happy at any time to offer helpful tips or an advice. The environment is very inclusive and multicultural which is amazing.

Negative experience: I am a live it member. I have been going to multiple sites and each time I have a visit the staff are asking for Google reviews.. Is there a competition for a 5 star? It seems very disgenuine

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Gymetc Sheldon since February 2023. This gym offers 100% value for your money! At gymetc there is no day when i come to the classes and I do not feel the amazing energy and commitment of their staff. Charlotte & Adrian are my favourite and best PT’s there and I definitely recommend to try one of their classes. I enjoy everyday in Gymetc and looking forward to progress and keep training and building fitness confidence.

Fantastic experience: The gym group Sheldon is a really good gym, the equipment is clean and the people are supporting and friendly. The staff are incredible helpful, Adrian has always helped me when I've needed it, taken an interest in my journey and it is a genuine joy to interact with the staff. As a female who weight trains it can be incredibly daunting but it's been a great experience at this gym.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the gym after having not done any regular exercise for a year or so. I was nervous at first but the staff are welcoming and friendly. The induction was helpful and I find it doesn’t get too busy. Free parking is and added bonus!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of various The Gym venues and the Sheldon one is definitely one of the best ones. The team always keep it super clean and tidy - you can always find the right dumbbell in the right slot! They have a great selection of equipment as well so you’re rarely waiting for a piece of equipment as there’s plenty of options. The team are always friendly and helpful and great to have a chat with, especially the manager who’s always got a smile on his face (even at the super early classes).
