Positive experience: Welcoming and excellent coaching from Gavin. The workout sessions are well structured and varied throughout the week. Gavin helps you learn the correct Crossfit moves and works with you to improve your technique while you gradually build up strength and confidence to lift heavier weights. I was looking to build up strength, have structure, be pushed and have a new routine which Loughborough Crossfit offers.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to CrossFit Loughborough I am now the fittest I have ever been. The workouts are all programmed, the coaches are friendly and helpful, and there is a great atmosphere. You just have to be willing to put in some hard work (and be careful, it can get very addictive)!
