Fantastic experience: I hate the gym!! It's been a while since I was last there, it's had a great upgrade, lots of new machines for all ages and capabilities and a no photo/ video policy so if you're were insecure & worried about gremlins posting horrible things on social media sites then you can work out worrying free! Staff are friendly & helpful & other users are friendly too. No beefcakes hogging the weights, everybody seems to respect other users. I guess I have no excuse to not return!! Ugh..let the workouts begin!

Fantastic experience: I used the pool for many years every Friday evening with the Packers canoe club, The staff are very friendly and helpful and the changing rooms are kept clean on a regular basis. Outside shoes are stored just inside the changing rooms to reduce mud etc from being brought in. It has a lovely pool, I think 25 mtrs. There is a well appointed gym although I have never used it. At some times when the outside pitches are being used, the small car park can get crowded however there is parking on the entrance access road if needed. Overall a great facility.

Positive experience: I bring my daughters here for their swimming lessons after school, my only complaint would be that the spectators area needs to be bigger. Wednesday swim lessons are outrageous trying to get a seat, parents are queuing for over 20 minutes before the child’s lesson start time to be able to get a seat to watch them.

Negative experience: Nice facilties but very abrupt unfriendly lady on the reception desk. Had the kids not desperate to swim I would have walked off

Fantastic experience: Recently joined and used the Badminton facilities for the first time this week. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, taking the time to explain everything. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back regularly!

Fantastic experience: Excellent range of gym equipment, if you don't like it too busy, which I don't, then go mid day, I usually go around 2 and it's totally empty.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, nice leisure centre, unfortunately still cant use the pool yet. Would make more sense to have the steam room nearer the pool area so you dont have to walk across the lobby after a swim to use the steam area

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, lovely pool. Mixed changing rooms. No consistent with life guards, most of them just one stops you using any swimming equipment ( to practice and build strength) and refuses to except other life guard swim test ( belittles their ability) including the word of swimming teachers. She has no customer service skills.

Positive experience: The changing rooms and swimming pool in much need of an upgrade. Small and only 2 family changing cubicle. Bottom of the pool was coming away and was uncomfortably strange to walk on with a baby in arms

Fantastic experience: Really friendly leisure centre with swimming pool , gym,steam and sauna, astropitch, indoor bicycles and huge sports hall. Fabulous fitness classes and excellent for money. Apply for a One Leisure Card to save money.

Positive experience: I take my grandson swimming each week. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is quite small and needs some serious maintenance doing around the edges and the bottom.

Positive experience: I use the gym here fairly regularly. I would like to see a slightly different mix of equipment but most stuff that I would expect is there. Clean and tidy, helpful staff, reasonable subscription rates. Smallish sauna and steam room.
