Positive experience: Great place for purely building muscle only thing is that some of the equipment is quite dated but still does the job. Never over crowded so you're not waiting to use anything other than dumbells. Only 1 set of the higher weights which is kind of annoying

Positive experience: This is a proper muscle gym with old school gym machines and equipment. Loads of machines. These machines are designed to target and isolate certain muscles. Also have equipment to do compound exercises. Also a seperate area for boxing. Open 24 hours. Gets quiet after 9pm. If you're into serious hardcore training then this is the gym for you.
