Fantastic experience: Great gym,good facilities and opening hours,you also have your own card. Plenty of cardio machines up stairs,matted area for circuits or grappling,boxing area downstairs.

Fantastic experience: Old school gym for body builders. has a wonderful range of exercise equipment, and fitness machines. full range of dumb bells up to 65kg for the heavy lifters. full boxing room filled with various bags and pads, good circuit. separate cardio area, separate womens area, and a large open area upstairs for rolling around or dancing. full length mirrors throughout. lockers available. ice cold water fountain. £12 a month bargain!
