Fantastic experience: What a workout! I’m not a gym lover so coming here once a week for 20mins is perfect.. It’s a tough session but I am seeing big differences after just 6 weeks! Mark, Morgan and the team are knowledgeable and using latest EMS technology they can target areas and work on whatever goals you have. Roll on the Summer!

Positive experience: Good workouts and staff. Just read the contract be aware what you are signing into. They are asking for card details instead bank account details, and they are very likely to overcharge you and take money any day you want instead your chosen day. If you join and you need cancel membership they will still charge 2 months notice.

Fantastic experience: The Bodystreet team are amazing, I’m disabled & very limited with what workouts I can do but they’ve helped make me feel included, I’ve spent years looking for a personal trainer & I’ve finally found one! They’ve helped me so much with my nutrition & weight loss, I couldn’t be happier. They’re all so helpful & very friendly, they’re always there to answer any questions you have or just to lift you up if you’re having a down day. Fantastic experience: EDIT: 5 months after this review and I'm 12kgs down! My cholesterol levels have dropped from 5.5 mmol/L to 3.6mmol/L. I have also went on a 1 week vacation and ate like a pig but surprised to found out the scale did not budge at all - the nutrition advice I was taught here is rebound-resistant! Thank you so much Bodystreet Coventry! I'm so sad I'm moving away :'( Been here about half a year and dropped 5kgs. The staff here is very nice and gives a lot of helpful advice with nutrition as well (Big thank you to Veronica for training me and asking me about my day + Morgan for working closely with me towards my goals!) I think this was a great investment in myself.

Fantastic experience: Since my son & I joined Bodystreet it has been is fantastic experience, my son is wheelchair chair user and they have gone above and beyond to help him. He has gained muscles & the doctors said he wouldn’t gain them back after he lost them. This machine is the way forward, if you want to build quick. It is worth every penny you do need a proper diet like anything else I personally have built muscle and my body look much better than it did. The team are the best Warren Veronica Leah and Morgan hospitable & friendly fantastic team work always a great atmosphere

Fantastic experience: I have been with Bodystreet now for about 18 months. Had a lot of ups and downs on my journey. Staff are always there to lend a helping hand with this. Great staff, great workouts and tailor made to suit the individuals goals. I have trained a lot with Morgan who is very friendly and professional and has pushed me to beyond what I thought I was capable of. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I definitely don’t recommend this type of workout and I’m overall really disappointed with this studio. I had a trial towards the end of last year and as it seemed okay, I agreed to pay the joining fee (£99) and a few one off weekly sessions (£29.99 each) as the membership (monthly payment) was not due to start until 25th December 2022. Instead of the £128.99 that should have been deducted at the beginning of December for the joining fee and one session, I have been charged £229.86 that I’m still disputing with my bank. This was not the agreement I had when signing up. During those one-off sessions, I realised this type of workout isn’t for me due to health concerns and not meeting my long term fitness goals. As at that point my membership/monthly payments were not active yet (prior to 25th December), I have kindly asked the team to stop any potential future membership. They normally require a 2-month notice period, but given the fact that my membership was not in effect yet + I had already paid a joining fee of £99 that it’s supposed to cover benefits I wasn’t going to have, I thought this will be sufficient for any inconvenience caused. After numerous communications, they decided to still charge me for the 2-month notice period knowing that I was unable to attend those 2 months worth of sessions due to the reasons mentioned above. My request has then been escalated to the head office around 3 weeks ago and I am yet to receive a reply. I stopped the payments directly with my bank, but they have already tried to charge me 4 times since. This to me looks like a scam as it is impossible to commit to a programme after one trial session and pretend you care about the health of your customers when you willingly ask them to pay 2 months worth of sessions regardless if they can attend or not. What is the reason behind this? The business is purely money driven and I also noticed that often 2 separate customers that have a session booked at the same time, will be trained by one trainer only. The studio is advertising an individual trainer that targets your specific needs. That would be expected for the price paid for a 20 minute workout session, but it’s rarely the case. Also, some of the benefits included in the £99 joining fee were not available. The only positive aspect was the attitude of the staff at the Coventry studio, especially Cole’s. I did mention many times that I would’ve preferred to end things amicably. As for the efficiency of the workout, I haven’t had enough sessions in order to be able to fully assess this, but the ones I had did not show any result. Edit following reply: I have paid a joining one off fee of £99 which should cover some of the benefits you have mentioned on a rolling basis (socks, one body scan) + a blood test that was not available. As I have already mentioned, using the studio just a few times, I didn’t really have the chance to fully enjoy those benefits, however, I was okay with paying the fee due to any inconveniences caused (although I don’t necessarily see any). I have never mentioned I have a medical condition which prevents me from training. I have only mentioned that due to health reasons and lack of results I decided not to carry on with it. I was also charged more than £200 initially and still trying to find out why. Regardless, asking someone to pay 2 months worth of sessions without being able to use them when they haven’t even started the membership (even if it shouldn’t make a difference if you were a customer focused, ethical company) is still a scam.

Negative experience: I left the training because health reasons one year ago and they still charged me £86 every month. I called them a week ago and they are saying that are waiting to resolve this. I call them again and is going straight to secretary voice. I'm losing my patience.

Fantastic experience: WOW, Just amazing. Bodystreet is great. Since we joined six months ago, they are a supportive and super helpful team who have worked hard through both training and supporting guidance, allowing my partner and I to hit our targets, which we have smashed! Morgan is a star! She has started early every weekend for months to train us, never grumbled and has really helped us achieve our targets. And she always gives us a high-five! She is an asset and one that Bodystreet should be proud to have working with them. We couldn't have achieved our targets without her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bodystreet; it's amazing, does work and has made a life-changing impact on our daily lives!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended!! Bodystreet is such a different place! I have a personal trainers who listen and understand my needs. Bodystreet is a proof that I don't need to spend 3 hours to do exercises I can do it once a week for 20 minutes! Only 20 minutes a week! Souds impossible and to be fair I couldn't believe it. But now I've got two sizes down!!! BODYSTREET COVENTRY thank you so much for your amazing work!!! Without you I wouldn't be able to do it.

Negative experience: There needs to be more communication regarding parking. I drove for over an hour for my appointment but due to parking issues appointment cancelled

Negative experience: Done 4 groupons / ems sessions. I don't like way the way there is no privacy while working out you are exercising in a shop window on a street leading into town and people often walk past looking at you while you are working out. Its very expensive and not flexible. You are looking at around £28 per session which workouts at nearly £90 per month for one 20 minute session per week with a 6 month commitment ,opening times on Saturday are limited last session at 12, I couldn't get anything later, Sunday is closed, additional costs for weight checks are payable on top. I would not work out during the week or lunch hour as I would be mortified if a co worker walked pass saw me doing a he-man pose in the shop window :) the postive is that the trainer I had does know he stuff and is friendly despite the hard sell to take membership :) you also do feel that you have worked out after the session. Don't know about the results I didnt do the sessions back to back but I do workout 5 times a week anyway.

Fantastic experience: I was quite sceptical when I arrived to my tryout appointment: what method could help me to be stronger and fitter if nothing really worked for me before...? Well, it seems that Bodysteet works. I feel such muscles work under the electrical stimulation that I wasn't even aware of :D There is a 1-2 days long feeling of nice exhaustion (the "I did it!"-kind of) after the sessions. I see change in the mirror and feel in my body as well. Thank you, dear team, and special thanks to Yusuf, my first personal trainer ever, who does a great job in motivating, counseling and helping! Let's keep it up! :)
