Fantastic experience: Wonderful trainers with their own specialities. This is an absolute gem of a gym where you can progress at your own pace with support and without judgment. If you're someone like me, you went to a big chain gym and half-heartedly worked out before enjoying the spa facilities, right? I used to hate the gym. But here I'm accountable, and part of a community. Try it...you might like it...and be damn proud of yourself in the process!

Would highly recommend you check core out before you try anything else. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Awesome people with a vast range of experience among the talented instructors. I wouldn't bother with any of the so called normal gyms in the area as Core have a very good choice in classes and equipment. Save yourself time and just get yourself into Core Fitness, worth every penny!!!

Fantastic experience: CORE fitness is such a happy place to train! Bright, clean and full of super fun state of the art equipment. Great atmosphere with friendly and extremely knowledgeable Personal Trainers.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Core Fitness since it opened its doors , along with my husband and three grown up children . We all do completely different classes from boxing to Pilates there is such a varied selection .Each class is tailored to the individual as there are only six people in any class. I also do one to one sessions as recovering from an injury, the personnel attention is amazing .Stephen also does sports massage which isn’t for the faint hearted but after the session the relief is worth the pain.
