Fantastic experience: Easy, friendly team here with a good range of equipment. Manager, Ben is working with me on the programme he devised after listening to my needs. An unpretentious gym that works and that is recommended.

Fantastic experience: As people have said in other reviews, the equipment is a bit older than some gyms, but it still works what you need it to! The staff are friendly and always approachable. Opening hours are very decent. Nice and quiet in the mornings too, just what I need. If you want a no frills gym to lift good weight that is cheaper than most, you can't go far wrong here.

Fantastic experience: I love this place to workout. Jack is always friendly and helpful, ready to guide you, as nothing is too much trouble for him. I like the environment where all members, coming from many walks of life respect and work in harmony, extend their support where needed to fellow members. Fitted with comprehensive equipments, giving you a lot of variety of workout possibilities. There's an addition of a personal space for anyone who wants a quiet time, giving it a touch of privacy while working out to boost your mood and achieve your workout goal for the day.

Fantastic experience: A friendly fun atmosphere as soon as you open the door, you a greeted as son as you make it up those stairs with Jack welcoming you with a smile. People who come here always seem to have a smile on their face and clearly reach there physical goals with the wide range of equipment here. The free parking and the friendship you will 100% make with Jack is added bonus to this already amazing gym. I would highly recommended to anyone I meet no mater what your fitness goals are. Jacks PT sessions are amazing so fun and pushes me to new levels. Highly recommend great value for money

Fantastic experience: You instantly feel at ease and receive a warm welcome when entering the gym. I have three PT sessions a week with Jack, he is supportive and gives a clear explanation on how to use equipment, he is a great motivator, he makes exercise fun and builds your self esteem. The gym has a great vibe with decent tunes, no frills equipment and free parking. Whether you at the start of your fitness journey or been to many other gyms, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very polite and will do anything to make the environment a safe, comfortable place, I’m a 19 year old female and I don’t feel uncomfortable in this gym at all and if there are days I don’t feel as confident there is a room in the back which is more closed off if you want some privacy. There’s a range of equipment and enough space to be able to do your workouts.

Negative experience: Just before Lockdown I paid £100 had no induction but was showed round. Not once have I trained in the gym and this is why I have asked for my money back. They asked how I paid but could not refund me this way. They asked for my Bank Details to do a transfer and still I have not had my full refund. Really hope they refund my money befire I take this further sadly.

Negative experience: Very cheap gym, there are not much machines for women, most is for men an upper part of the body. Machines are old, basic and a lot of thighs there are broken. Even the sofa. I went there only once, paid 9.99 for the rest of the month and call on the next day to tell them that I don't wanna go, as it looks very cheap and unpleasant. So they charge me for these 20 days and for the next 30 days from the next month, because the date when the subscibtion finish is in the next month. So I have to pay for the whole month. So it's 50 days all together and I use only 1 day. From all of that. I won't go there, as its very unpleasant and they don't even care about you. Cold and arrogant staff.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, doesn't feel intimidating if you haven't been to a gym before like some of the bigger newer ones do. The prices are amazing for membership and for personal training. If you are starting out I couldn't recommend highly enough taking some sessions with Jack. He is a great personal trainer and has made my sessions enjoyable as well as motivating me and working harder than I would have done by myself.

Negative experience: Basic, cheap and cheerful. Make sure you don't miss a payment though or they'll intimidate you and throw you out.

Fantastic experience: It has everything you need if you know what you need when you train , I like it as it has some old school weights to throw around or if you prefer , some good up to date machines , not the biggest of gyms but how much space do you need ? Great friendly staff who are always willing to help and advise you , for the price ? I've trained in expensive gyms and not so expensive , I'd say this is bang on the money , not too expensive and not to cheap to make you ask why , I'd recommend this gym to anyone , don't forget the free parking too !!
