It's the first gym I have come across where there are two or more of everything you need, even the cable crossover. Ben is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. So if you want to use an old-school gym that is affordable, has plenty of equipment and space, help with your training needs or to be left alone to do your own thing, I recommend you give this gym a try.
