Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Been a member since last Summer and enjoy training here so much. The new equipment they had installed a few months ago is really is good. The staff and other members are really friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: The worst gym I have ever been to. The floor is always dirty. The weights are in an utterly shocking condition. Machinery is primitive and outdated. It is overpriced and some of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The people who have good reviews are only doing so for brownie points from their friends. Take your money elsewhere, can’t wait to leave this gym.

Fantastic experience: I had just moved to the area and checked out this gym. WOW....it literally has every bit of equipment you can imagine. Atmosphere is really motivating and everyone seems so friendly and helpful. Protein shakes are unreal and very addictive after a workout. Great Gym I will be training here for many years to come

Positive experience: If you're focused on bodybuilding/ strength lifting then this is the gym for you. It can get a little busy but that's expected with a popular gym. A little crammed in for my liking but it has everything required

Fantastic experience: Good warehouse gym with decent day rates. Awesome range of equipment on good condition. Really friendly and helpful team at reception. Parking was easy at 10am on a Saturday. Bathrooms were clean enough.

The staff is very helpful and the members in the gym is great, made a few friends had a few challenges it is just great. Fantastic experience: I love the vibe at Ab Salute , I train with Kirsty there . The staff are really helpful and the atmosphere is really friendly. The equipment is really great and when Kirsty gets me to use any of it there is always a stress on safely and comfort as a priority.

Fantastic experience: Brentwood Ab Salute gym has a good variation of equipment and lovely staff! Kirsty Bennet was my personal trainer at this gym who helped guide me in obtaining my fitness goals, in a motivational way (weekly photos are taken which allows you to see your transformation). The gym has a friendly atmosphere overall and the prices for everything is affordable.

Entering the gym as an absolute beginner I was a little anxious but the friendly staff and members made me feel welcome and gave me advice and assistance where I needed it. Having been going to the gym for over 4 years, I've seen it go from strength to strength, with new equipment, trainers, classes, the works. Highly recommend to anyone, beginners or pro’s.

Fantastic experience: I've never been a fan of going to gyms in the past but this is one gym I enjoy being a member of. The staff are really friendly, you don't have to queue for a machine and they save you time by offering a variety of protein shakes, healthy meals and snacks at reasonable prices.

Negative experience: Not sure I could commit 100% to the fighting that breaks out during my exercises, it's difficult enough to get on the machines at the best of times!

Fantastic experience: This gym ticks all the boxes. Plenty of equipment and always in good working order, atmosphere is buzzing, staff are always helpful and other gym users are always their to assist you if you need them to. Me and my friend use the studio to do the classes aswell and they are the best. Especially Mike Evans bootcamp class which is amazing.

Negative experience: Great variety of equipment but that’s as far as it goes. Staff are hit and miss, the vibe and people there are arrogant and stuck up. I’ve been to plenty of gyms and this is by far the worst. No air con, dated, layout of machines and gym itself is rubbish, it gets really crowded. I have actually started driving 30 minutes just to go to the Ab Salute in Chelmsford which is 100 times better in terms of the vibe, they have a sauna/steam room, changing rooms are much better quality as well as the machinery and the people are chill. Brentwood Ab Salute I’m truly surprised and you’re not worth even £25pm.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment and even better sense of community in a gym. Staff are always friendly and attentive to its members. Highly recommend. Memberships are flexible from daily passes, monthly, quarterly and yearly contracts.

Negative experience: I paid for a day membership to the gym. When I went, at 5pm, it was fairly busy. Lots of machines on offer and a fair amount of choice. Many of the machines appeared quite old, but still functional. Unfortunately, due to the small site, the weights area was overcrowded and difficult to navigate. The shower and toilets were pretty dirty and many of the mirrors were cracked. Some of the machines, especially the cable machines appeared to need maintenance. If you are used to the likes of puregym and some of the more commercial places this probably isn't for you. It is no frills. The cleanliness could be improved and the condition of the site is definitely something they could work on.

Positive experience: Nice clean gym, no air con, so temp can be hit and miss, but good old fashioned gym

Fantastic experience: Just read a really mean comment on here about Steve. What a load of rubbish!! I've always found him very helpful and approachable plus he is often smiling!!! As for gym there's plenty of machines and I've never known them not to work. Thoroughly recommend Ab salute brentwood.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Brentwood and visited all the gyms in the Brentwood area and found this little gem. Been a member for over a month now and can't get enough of the place. The equipment is amazing and the atmosphere is buzzing which really helps me stay motivated with great music being played. Finally the staff are really friendly and the protein shakes are a real treat after a workout. Not tried the food yet, but planning to in the near future......

Plenty of equipment choice and never queuing for machines. Healthy food on offer, amazing protein shakes and Ab Salute branded clothes available. Best gym in Brentwood.
