Fantastic experience: This gym has anything you need to get the best of yourself. Free weights, cable machines, boxing bags, ropes, pull up racks even a table tennis. Very friendly and professional staff especially Dawid, the gym manager. Great value for the money, plenty parking on site free of charge. Gym is also not busy most of the times. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of a fair few gyms over the years and this gym is without a doubt the friendliest. All of the staff are amazing… always friendly and on hand to help you with advice and tips. They have a great selection of free weights downstairs and upstairs for machines and aerobic exercise. It’s always clean and the membership cost is very competitive and good value. Plenty of PTs on hand if you want one on one training You really feel part of a family at this place And if that’s not enough, they are a not for profit organisation and support local charities Awesomeness

Fantastic experience: I've tried a number of gyms over the years and can safely say Our Gym is the friendliest and most accessible out there. Spread across two floors, there's plenty of room to set up on a machine or free-weights area that suits, as well as a large studio upstairs. There's a tonne of machines to choose from, so even if the one you want is taken, it probably won't be for long. The PTs are *superb* - caring, passionate, fit and active themselves - and the classes are wicked fun. Bitesize yet hard work, perfect for those with limited time to work out. Lots of free parking spaces outside, a great atmosphere, friendly service and all a great price. Not sure what's not to love!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym with a good atmosphere. Hayley/Cosh Fit is an amazing PT and such a caring person. She will listen to your concerns and help you every step of the way. I haven't done many sessions yet but I can't wait to start back up again. Id definitely recommend x

Negative experience: Gym itself was good but harland is a pain. When I signed up I told the gym I was disabled, my disability has gotten worse aswell as me moving 13miles away from the gym. I now can't drive due to my disability and I can't cancel my 12month membership without being expected to jump through unrealistic hoops. I wasn't expecting to move until May but the move got brought forward. Because I'm 13 miles and not 15miles away I can't cancel my membership early. Its very silly for the sake of 2 miles I still have to pay monthly for a membership I can't use as 1 can't get there and 2 I physically can't use the equipment even if I got a taxi there. Gym itself is lovely but their policy for cancelling is ridiculous. If anyone wants to join I would suggest looking up harland and their reviews because if I had I wouldn't of joined.

Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous space, with a terrific selection of equipment & the loveliest trainers. I'm 60+ & was a bit nervous of joining a gym, but I needn't have worried. I did a a selection of classes & all the trainers were wonderful.....careful to design the right kind of workout for me, yet motivating me to get the most out of each session. The off-peak classes were really small....a couple or a few people, so you get a lot of personal attention. I'd really recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I like the gym good orice not too busy got good equipment only thing that is not great is the lockersncost 20p per use.

Negative experience: An appalling experience! A lack of customer service and quality of gym equipment, with a lot of it being out of use or broken without the managers knowing. The number at the front desk given was out of service, with no one on the desk, resulting in us as customers having to wait 10 minutes before going to find someone to help us and give us a tour of the gym. When emailing management, nothing has been done with a generic response given which again, showed lack of customer service. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Affordable with lots of equiptment, well looked after and always clean. Really clean toilets and changing rooms too which is rare! I love going there!

Great range of classes and equipment, lots of natural light and open space, clean and covid guidelines followed. Really great community feel - would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym.

Fantastic experience: Small gym but has all the equipment to keep fit. PTs are friendly and approachable. Bathrooms clean. Showers available as well. The only downside is the opening hours. Would be amazing if it was 24 hours keyless entry like most gyms do now.

Negative experience: Embarrassing business operation. Charged for membership even though closed with no communication from the gym. Then had the delight of speaking to Paul Evans who wouldn’t know customer service or manners if it slapped him in the face. Rude is an understatement. Suggestion if you don’t like customers get a new job.

Negative experience: Jack Cresswell(from Our Gym) is a very unprofessional employee, who is horrible and very rude. When it was 9:56pm(the gym closes at 10pm) I had one exercise left. I checked the time on my phone and it was 9:56pm. Jack came to me and told me to leave. I was perfectly within my right to continue to do that exercise and leave on time. He threatened me that I if I did not leave, he would cancel my gym membership(as I was not leaving the premises). After leaving the area and checking the big clock at the main reception, the time was only 9:57pm! I'd like to add that although I may leave at 10pm (which, as a customer, is my right) I always sanitise my gym equipment and ensure all my weights are put away. A lot of Our Gym customers, don't even do this. After leaving the gym, I noticed Jack closed the gym and came outside. Me and my mother asked him why he did this to me and he again replied it was 10pm. Around this time, my mother checked the time on her phone and it was only 10:01pm(it had been around 5-6 minutes, since I had left the gym, at this point). Jack clearly just wants to leave early and not do his job properly. He swore at me repeatedly and was very rude, to both me and my mum. He swore at me, in the Our Gym car park, after I had came out from the gym and asked the reasoning behind this behaviour. I just don't understand why Our Gym employs such people. This was a very bad experience. If Our Gym closes at 10pm, then a customer should be allowed to leave at 10pm.

Fantastic experience: Great gym in a quiet industrial estate, plenty of parking. The gym has all the equipment and is all spaced out very well because the floor plan is huge. Free weights downstairs and the cardio and machines upstairs. Only annoying thing is that you need 20p coins for the locker but I've been told that they plan to change it

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here over 2 years now and it's great! I go during the week so the weekend opening times don't bother me. Everybody's friendly, it's got all the equipment you need and it's not overcrowded. They've just refurbished the facilities too!

Fantastic experience: The equipment is at a very good quality and kept in good condition there are a good range of weights and machines to use the busy times are between 5 and 7 in the evening any time after or before those times is quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: In a nutshell. It's a budget gym, don't expect anything other than a small changing room and poor/average equipment.

Positive experience: Good gym with lots of excellent equipment and features like a Jacobs Ladder. However little things like non-refundable 20p to use the lockers is just a money grab that adds up. Ends up with gym bags scattered everywhere as no one wants to pay. Also cleanliness could be improved in changing rooms and toilet facilities. Will update review when this is addressed, I assume this is just teething issues of the new gym.

Fantastic experience: Brand new equipment throughout, loads of parking, classes, gym gear, easy access from the industrial estate and very affordable too.
