Fantastic experience: A great place to train or just rehabilitate. I attend the Pilates class each Friday that's run by Amanda who's medically trained. I was in a wheelchair in 2012 & can tell (in a bad way) if I miss my Pilates class. I don't want to end up back in one although I do own one still just in case. There's no use just sitting around, I have a duty and a responsibility to keep myself mobile now. I owe it to the NHS staff who saved my life and helped me to walk again.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding! Welcoming, friendly staff, who know how to motivate you. I always have a good laugh when im here as I workout. You will not be disappointed. The before and after photos inspired me and I have made so many new friends.
