Positive experience: Went there to book a funeral wake, the function rooms look lovely

Positive experience: Overrated experience with the so called food and overpriced.

Negative experience: I'm a local and come swimming and eating every couple weeks weather it's winter or not I went to the pizza bar with my 7 year old daughter who was hungry only to be told that it's for a owners night tonight were they get free pizza because they own a caravan and then told that if I'm eating in restaurant that I have to be done buy 5:30 as its being closed due to owners night I'm really not happy that I've been treated like this and it's a discrase

Fantastic experience: Ate Sunday lunch in clubhouse. Efficient, friendly staff. Excellent food, cooked and served with professional skill.

Fantastic experience: We enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the grounds are always beautifully kept and clean; it never seems crowded; all the members of staff are friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. Our only complaint is that we are not able to visit as often as we can..

Fantastic experience: Set in lovely grounds on the Norfolk coast, lots of static vans and some cabins all set in a woodland area. The main sites club houses lovely bar/restaurant, swimming pool and gym. There are tennis/basketball courts behind the clubhouse. All in all a lovely maintained site.

Fantastic experience: Woodlands is a sanctuary, a place to relax and have peace & quiet but excellent facilities especially in the Bar & Restaurant if you need some company. All staff are amazing particularly Bar & restaurant staff.

Fantastic experience: The park is very relaxing but still has plenty to do. It's a bonus to have staff/maintenance on site for any help you need. Marlings is good for food and drinks plus the latest staff are always cheerful. Our families love it too as it's so easy to access lots of places to go. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Woodlands offers the highest quality service and they keep working very hard to maintain their quality standards, year after year.

Negative experience: The location, the views & the properties are stunning but the one thing I needed, was the EV charging point. We were very, very disappointed that both units were out of order. Poor service.

Fantastic experience: We believe after less than 6 months of ownership, that Woodland Holiday Park is an exceptional place. All the staff are professional yet approachable & friendly and will go out of their way to help in anyway. That is both in Marlings & the leisure club, as well as site staff . It is a safe & happy environment where you can relax and do as much or as little as you like.

Fantastic experience: We love the park, the surroundings and the ambiance. Compared to other parks in Norfolk, the little plot we have is what makes it for us where if you want you be private, you can be.

Positive experience: 2weeks ago absokutely perfect, all (party of 5) had different meals this time, only ok, quite disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and great food. Extremely comfy chairs, The site surrounded by well kept grounds . Had a walk around grounds and wonderfully peaceful with a new great woodland area with grass paths and seats to rest and relax. Dogs very welcome , a bonus. A well deserved coffee in the comfy lounge after our walk.

Fantastic experience: Used Marlings Grill on this occasion, for a lovely meal with my family and took part in their Quiz Night and WON, so perfect evening had by us all. Staff were friendly, lovely setting, great food.

Fantastic experience: We enjoy the feeling of peace and calmness. Staff are always so very friendly and helpful. The grounds are exceptional. We enjoy the fact that it’s based on owners only. We only wish we could spend more time there.

Fantastic experience: We are owners of our two bedroom holiday home At The Woodland Holiday Park. The site grounds are beautiful and well maintained The on site facilities are to a high standard. The clubhouse has recently been refurbishes to a very high level and it is great place to relax and unwind or socialise with friends. But one of the best things about The Woodlands is the staff. It is the staff that makes this Holiday Park outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble they are helpful, engaging and very hard working.

Negative experience: The park itself is well kept and since the refurbishment, I was hopeful as it is a lovely setting and well thought through. Unfortunately the clubhouse closes a little early when they still have patrons willing to remain on a beautiful bank holiday evening, as well as watch sports. Maybe a rethink, as I’m sure many would appreciate it.

Positive experience: Great location with great recently updated club house and good-sized swimming pool and gym, well worth a visit and a good place for kids as there is a lot for them to do. Great beaches very close by and Cromer and Mundesley seaside towns about 2 miles away in each direction.

Positive experience: On booking we explained we had 2 coeliacs in our party but were told they could cater easily with the carvery and there was GFA on the menu. On arriving we chose the carvery, to be told, there were no GF yorkies, the pigs in blankets were not GF, the cauliflower cheese was not GF and there was no GF gravy. The waitress then said we can't guarantee that any of it is not cross contaminated. How is that providing a GF carvery ? We then ordered GFA chicken dippers but were told we can't do them GF. They did do them in the end but not the best experience to be honest. Very disappointed with the lack of understanding of allergens.

Fantastic experience: We used the swimming pool here it was fantastic it has a large pool a smaller toddler pool a sauna and a steam room. The changing rooms were very modern and super clean I was very happy with my experience here and I will be returning later in the week

It's spotless here, lovely staff and steam and sauna are included in your swim membership. No need to be nervous about being out and about again. Come back and support your local pool.
