Fantastic experience: After 2 and half years of not working out, I finally decided to get back to it. Working opposite Snap Fitness I popped in to enquire. Emma helped me out and I can honestly say, I have never felt so welcomed. She was amazing. Gave me a full tour around the gym and options for memberships. Popped back in the next day and she, not only remembered my name straight away, but showed me how to use half the machines and answered all my questions without hesitation. The gym is a very modern and comfortable gym to work out. With private changing and private showers and NETFLIX on the treadmills and other cardio machines. Fantastic experience: Loving my return to exercise at Snap Fitness! Really friendly and supportive staff and a great atmosphere. I was nervous about being in a gym after spending 2 years doing very little exercise but can genuinely say I'm really enjoying it. After only four weeks I'm already feeling better physically and mentally. A particular thanks to Darryl, Emma and Gabriel for their encouragement! 100% recommend.

Negative experience: Due to other commitments I had no time for the gym, their cancellation procedure is ridiculous, they need you to attend their premises between 9-5, to fill out a customer satisfaction survey, why this can't be done other the phone or email is beyond me. i work 9-5 and was unable to attend, when i did attend prior to phoning in, no one was there who could deal with the cancellation, It took 2 months to cancel all while they were debiting my account. I was paying the higher monthly rate for the 30 day cancellation plan, well that didn't work out. No other gym has a stupid procedure like this, Snap Fitness Gym Cancellation Procedure Zero out of 10. I was planning on rejoining later on, but have now changed my mind. They wouldn't even waiver the 30 day cancellation fee after all the hassle. I joined because of Raj, a personal trainer, who I would highly recommend, his experience and knowledge is vast. Raj is spot on, 10 out of 10,

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Stourbridge! Emma manages a great team - always friendly, supportive, and encouraging. Excellent range of equipment and classes. Great facilities - very clean! PT sessions are well worth doing - Darryl is tough, but the ultimate motivator! All in all, the best therapy there is!

The manager Emma is really welcoming and always happy to help, the classes are excellent, with something for all, and the instructors push you just the right amount (even if sometimes you may curse them under your breath). Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Snap Stourbridge since day 1, and as a seasoned gym goer (30 years) I have to say this is the best gym I’ve used or been a member of, by a country mile! I now bring my son with me (and wife). The equipment is clean, looked after and updated. The classes are very popular and the whole gym experience is something to look forward to - not dread. The staff have always been very approachable and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: The staff members at this gym are so friendly and helpful. Me & my friend have been members for a while but have got into a serious regular routine since the start of this year. We’ve enjoyed using the equipment and using the studio when there’s no classes on to do our own circuit training. Our goal is to loose some weight, tone up and to feel better in ourselves mentally. 5 weeks in and we are feeling and seeing improvements! Emma, the manager is so welcoming and friendly. We always say hello and have a little chat on the way in. She’s also happy to advise us on certain exercises when we ask for help. We’ve also just started to have personal training sessions with Harry as we want to incorporate weight training in our fitness journey but lack the knowledge and confidence to attempt weights. We are so happy we have started these sessions! Harry is a lovely personal trainer and does a tandem session with us so we can work out together! He gives us the right advice, makes us feel comfortable and you can have a good chat and a laugh with him. He is fully committed to you throughout the session. We’d really recommend snap fitness! Lovely team to be a part of. Always so welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness Stourbridge is a gym on its own. You would not find a more friendly atmosphere, with the personal trainers and clients. Exceptionally clean, flexibility of being 24 hour and the best classes. Being a member since almost the very start I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else to train.

Fantastic experience: Iv been a member of snap fitness for a while now and it’s by far the nicest gym Iv been to, it’s smaller than the big commercial gyms but that’s what makes it so nice and less industrial like. There is a great range of equipment spread over 2 floors, a big studio, clean toilets and shower cubicles. The staff at snap are extremely friendly and very approachable. Emma the manage is lovely, so encouraging and always keen to talk about your progress and success. My friend and I have just started having joint personal training sessions with Harry who is brilliant, he really knows his stuff. So far we’ve had 2 weight sessions with Harry and we already feel great for it! Thank you everyone at Snap Fitness for the continued support :)

Fantastic experience: Love this Gym - Such a great place to workout and the Staff are always super helpful. Equipment is very well maintained and cleaned regularly. Gym etiquette is big in this Club which is a real credit to its Management and especially the Members.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to this gym specifically, as I had joined a few years ago but never used my membership so stopped going. Upon contacting Snap Fitness in January when was looking to join a gym, Emma (manager) was so accommodating & super supportive. Emma helped to put together a manageable fitness programme to help me achieve my fitness goals, whilst I am just getting back into more of a routine with regular exercise. This has been such a positive, motivating experience for me & the team/members that I have met are all so lovely & supportive and I can’t thank them enough! The gym itself has a wide range of machines, plenty of them too, good clean facilities and there’s someone on hand during staffed hours to support/offer advice

Fantastic experience: Until 18 months ago I had never even stepped into a gym. I originally joined Snap Fitness in Windsor but moved to Stourbridge last year, so was able to continue with my membership, which automatically transfers branch after a couple of months. The Stourbridge gym has a very friendly and helpful manager, Emma, who gives lots of encouragement and all of the support you will ever want. All of the PTs I've met are super friendly and will give you advice if you need it. I recommend taking advantage of the free 1 hour taster session offered by the PTs, even if you don't continue with PT sessions, you'll get to know how to use the apparatus. I have a heart issue and I need PT sessions to help me achieve a reasonable level of fitness. My PT is Paul, who understands my condition and gently pushes me with the right exercises. I have one session per week with Paul, and go back to the gym another 2 times a week to practice the exercises. It's easy to measure your improvements which I am seeing week on week (and shedding some weight). The gym also offers various classes which are included in the membership subscription. It's a great gym with great staff, it has, and is helping me to get fit again.

Fantastic experience: Stourbridge's best kept secret. Love the freedom and flexibility this gym offers...Five Star all day (and night) long!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this gym at all. They have not implemented a COVID safe environment allowing far too many people in the gym and allowing people to share equipment, not monitoring people cleaning kit down or enforcing social distancing. An absolute disgrace. Will not be going back!!!!!!

Negative experience: I was having a browse online at local gyms, I hadn’t seen this one before so I wanted to see the prices, however you had to put your contact details to view the information. They then rang me the same day trying to pressure me into going down on the same day because the ‘offer’ ran out that day . They then rang me every day of the week to which I didn’t answer. They then left it a few days, I accidentally answered the call to be told about another offer. Some of these calls were on a Saturday at around 6pm, which personally is unacceptable. Pestering potential clients will put them off, the way they talk to you is also very forced sales and suffocating. Wouldn’t join purely due to their sales technique.

Negative experience: I email to cancel my membership during lockdown. This is due to the fact that I am in a high risk job and do not want to expose anyone else to covid risk. I have now been charged another months membership and ill get charged another months membership after having to go in to the gym to get a cancellation form. Please do not join as they will never let you leave!!

Positive experience: The gym is very good overall. I just feel it lacks a wide Range of quipment and a good taste in music. In my opinion the gym is suited less for weight lifters. Im comparing this gym to the 'black country barbell' which offers alot more at the same price.
