Fantastic experience: Fit 4 Life and Sally-Ann Wood PT, run an absolutely exemplary, set of classes, programs and one to ones’s. I have been coming here for years and have always found it to a friendly, motivating, encouraging place. There are no ego’s here, just people working hard to get fit and having fun along the way. If you’re looking for a gym and a PT that can provide all of that to you, then you really don’t need to look much further and you DO need to get in touch and join in!!

Fit 4 Life gives you everything you need in one package; advice on diet, cardio and strength exercise, with explanations as to why and how things work/don’t work etc. Sally-Ann is friendly, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable within her field of expertise.
