The Lenton Centre - Gym, Swimming Pool, Community Rooms, Day Centre Adults with Disabilities.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with an issue of pain after a hernia operation, and since I have been working with Mohit Katariya,my gait has improved a imensley. Mo is firm and honest in his approach,and has pushed me further than I push myself and the results have been impressive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Mo's physio has helped me with the pains in my lower back and my knees, with treatment at the Lenton Centre and exercises to do at home. I noticed an improvement in my back quite quickly; the knees are taking longer. Mo gives a welcoming reception with supportive advice and the charges are very reasonable. I also swim at TLC and really value this local community asset.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to know this community, especially having sessions with the physiotherapist , Mr Mohit, whom I drastically needed help after my operation. At the hospital, they did not provide me physiotherapist while I really needed it. Their reason was that as i could have stood up the day after operation, so I should be discharged. I was so weak and alone that i couldn't do exercises at the first crucial days. I was admitted to hospital twice as I had lots of pain and weakness, but they ignored my horrible situation and discharged me with no help and support. I was so frustrated and was not able to practice on my own. I cried all the time being on my own and couldn't help myself to do exercises. Finally, after two weeks of losing hope for being able to move and bend my knees, one of my friends gave me the address of this community. I went to them straight away. MR Mohit immediately provided me with a quick appointment. He helped me so much. The physiotherapist is so kind and helpful and, more importantly, so expert that I am always thankful to him who made me very happy for progressing my knees function. I recommend this community and physiotherapy sessions. The price is almost half the price of other places. Have a try. Won't be regretful. These sessions made my normal life back. Thanks to Mohit and the community, who gave me hope for recovery.

Fantastic experience: After a fall, I was suffering from neck and back pain. I tried various alternative therapies but didn't get much of a result. After meeting Mo, and having regular treatment I can see improvement. Mo is really knowledgeable and is able to offer the best advice. Mo offers a range of treatments such as electro therapy, which I didn't know about prior to meeting Mo. If your suffering from on going pain, Mo sure can help. Mo also is knowledgeable about general health & fitness.

With well maintained gym and swim areas at very reasonable prices. The centre is tucked away in lenton and houses many other lovely charities and projects. If you want clean friendly well maintained swimming and gym then this is the place the staff are fab

Fantastic experience: Lenton Center plays an important role for the neighborhood and its residents. For various activities offered such as swimming and gym lessons, karate and boxing lessons, math and English classes. And the social activities hall, in which many different activities and events are organized, and from which all civil society organizations benefit

Positive experience: I attend swimming with dementia. The staff is helpful and we also receive tea and food after. For more athletically able, a gymnasium is available. Other swimming sessions are available

Fantastic experience: Our boys do swimming lessons here with Core Aquatics. Another swimming school also runs lessons from here too (not sure of name). Staff at the Lenton are always friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. There is a gym and also other fitness classes are run from here. We have only used the pool and changing rooms though.

Fantastic experience: Went for a bubble swim with the family today the pool was split in half and only 2 families in at a time, plenty of things to play with and woggles available, it was really well run and everything explained to us as we needed to know, little girls swim lessons start again here next week and she's now really looking forward to going back

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDERN TO QUACKERS SWIM CLUB - My school have swimming lesson here and we went to the deep end i got scared and tired so i decided to reach for the railings then they said no and pushed me which made me sink then i was scared and cried and they didnt care i reached for the teacher and i said i couldn't float so then she just went down and i could've sank and drown also they scratched me and it really hurts, I luckily managed to get out but I was chocking on the water. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a teacher and maybe even illegal. If u dont change this I will report you
