Fantastic experience: Top job. Not been in for years. Old School Nautilus equipment. Few new editions. Very clean for a spit & sawdust establishment.

Fantastic experience: Jilly is amazing, she is very welcoming, she keeps you going from start to end but none of it feels like your being pushed or anything, she is very friendly and you feel amazing after each session.

Negative experience: Gone rapidly down hill this place!!! Was once the place to be full of life and knowledge…sadly now it’s nothing but an empty shell of a place a tax right off…even all the gear heads have gone!!! Sad reality of poor management and lack of intention… sad to say but SILVERS IS DEAD!!! just become a place to get gear and disappear!!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Friendly staff and other gym goers. No lengthy contracts. Just 20 quid a month, each month. Or pay each time you go. No time restrictions, visit early or late it doesn't matter. A good mix of people go so you don't feel like you aren't welcome because you are carrying a few extra pounds. The equipment isn't the latest, but who cares.. weights are weights. It all gets the job done. Under new management and is being gradually refurbished. Just a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym.. Joined in 2012 and since then lost over 13stone and gained lots of muscle mass.. The members are friendly and the staff are great to talk to and have vast knowledge of body building and dietary advice.. ... Old school body building gym that has everything you need to get that desired aesthetic look or raw power...... 10/10

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around, the members here are so friendly it's more like a club than a gym lol. OK, it's a weight training gym with a few boxing bags but this is a gym where you know you've been to a real gym and trained hard and put yourself thru your pace. Definitely one to visit and if you like to train as if you've been in a rocky gym, this is the gym.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym no distractions. Plenty of space to train this is the gym to go to get them gains. I've been to all the gyms around and this is by far the best for gains.
