Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for a while now, it really is the best gym I've ever been to, the lads that run it are SO helpful, anything you need to know, I felt comfortable from day one! No one judges, people are there to help. I've never seen so much machinery in a gym, they've managed to pack it out with so much for everyone. Sauna in each gender changing room, the bathrooms are always so clean. I love going here.

Fantastic experience: I’m a visiting temporary member (my wife’s family is English and lives nearby), and my home gym for over 15 years is Golds Gym in Venice Beach California where Arnold Schwarzenegger trains. My personal trainer is Mike Ryan, who trained The Rock, so I know a thing or two about bodybuilding. I’ve been to many gyms in my life, and this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Huge selection of quality equipment, Italian machines I’ve never seen before, and great quality free weights. Highly recommend this place! So glad I found my gym at my home away from home.

Fantastic experience: Probably the friendliest gym I’ve ever been a member of. It’s not the cheapest gym, as seems to be the business model nowadays, but, if you pay a bit more, you get top notch equipment. There’s a great atmosphere here and it’s open when you want. The app is great too, you can see how busy it is and tailor your times to suit. If you want to train with motivated like minded individuals of all ages then this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Wish i joined sooner! Ive always been an avid gym goer and recently had a lot of anxiety even just going to a gym but im so glad i joined Vibes! The staff are always friendly and ive never been made to feel intimated or out of place so it’s definitely a space for everyone of every ability and training type to train. Vibes has everything you need, it maybe smaller then other gyms but then again people are trying to compare it to the PureGyms and TheGymGroup, Its an independent gym theyve done an amazing job to cater for all gym types (powerlifters and bodybuilders a like) Its a great addition too to sell shakes and pre workout

Fantastic experience: Always been nervous about going to a gym as I don't want to feel self conscious. I had nothing to worry about. The atmosphere is chilled, the staff are great, no question was too silly. Basically was put at ease and I now I have been shown the best equipment for me I feel fab. Thanks Vibes Gym.

Fantastic experience: Vibes is really well equipped for pretty much any training modality. Doesn’t get too busy and a good atmosphere to get a decent workout in. Staff are friendly too. Don’t be fooled by the looks of a lot of people training there and think it’s a meat head gym. It’s a gym for everyone and we all seem to get on no matter how you like to train. There’s no intimidation in there.

Huge additions were made during the lockdowns and has only improved this already fantastic gym, props to Chris and his very friendly team of staff for creating such a great “vibe” in the gym!

Negative experience: Fitness studio is tiny. Yoga classes can probably only accommodate 5 people including the teacher. Had a few classes cancelled because not enough people going. Also got a fee of £40 charged to my account on top of our £70 membership fee and was told it was for upkeep of the gym.... never come across this at any gym... ever. Your membership should cover this. I also let my membership run over lockdown to support the gym & then get that charge on top! Queried it and got very defensive and rude responses. You can see they get very annoyed over any little comment on the reviews here. Good you are passionate... but people can have an opinion. Will not join here again. READ THE TC's carefully.

Fantastic experience: For a small place there is everything you may need. Very clean And very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: For a quite 'unassuming' gym it's very well kitted out with various new pieces regularly brought in to improve upon what's already there. Never too busy to the point of an inability to do the workout you want to achieve. Staff are very friendly and it doesn't feel like a daunting place to enter (my other Half's opinion).

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my workouts at The Gym, especially when I do them with my PT, Jack in Exeter. The Gym has a wide range of equipment and there are always friendly faces around the gym and plenty of trainers to ask if you ever get stuck.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. Less than half price of the price of other guns, yet spotless, friendly and fully equipped. The air con a great and the changing rooms are also amazing. It’s actually my favourite gym. The staff are receptive to feedback and nothing is ever broken.

Positive experience: Handy gym for locals of Shefford. Reasonably equipped with most kinds of kit including machines and free weights. My only gripes and these are minor is it closes too early as I often don't get home till 8PM and so 9pm closing means it is not always possible to get an evening workout. Also parking outside is limited. But you can easily park at Morrisons around the corner.

Positive experience: Good gym inside. Opening hours are pretty tragic, then to make it worse they change the closing times to 2pm on both Saturday and Sunday?! Claiming “it’s dead on the weekend”... Yet are still taking everyone’s full payments, without any plan to reimburse its costumers for the 6 hours over the weekend they’ve now taken from then. Not what I signed up for.

Great staff, always friendly & polite and willing to help with advice on how to use any of the machines. Great classes to join in the studio, day & evening. Fab sauna !! I also have a PT session here once a week, so can highly recommend Andre 5*

Positive experience: when are the least busiest times to go? As I’m not 100% confident in going straight away with a lot of people there

Negative experience: Been once as a guest. Equipment is too crowded. So their is a danger of people nearby getting knocked,, especially with free weights. Music is too loud.

Fantastic experience: Been there on and off a couple of months ago but as of yesterday, I signed up as a member as the place is exactly what I want from a gym. No nonsense just pure working out! A huge range of equipment too! Never full which is great albeit, I go at 6am!

Fantastic experience: I´ve been there twice and I plan to carry on..The gym offers membership, but you can pay as you go and this is what I needed because of my job. This is the cheapest fitness gym I have found around and you can also use sauna! I´ve always met women in the gym, which makes me feel more comfortable. The staff is happy and polite and you can also buy some drinks in the reception. I don´t think it is small gym, there is everything you need.
