Fantastic experience: Did the WYW and the programming is great value, I only appreciated how rounded the program was after I got injured and alot of the suggested rehab had been covered by KVLR

Negative experience: I booked today’s class and I was there today looking forward to socialising (and distributing flyers for my research study on exercise) but the girl at the reception sent me away saying it’s for members only. I said i will pay membership and I paid today’s class as well but she sent me away saying she can’t talk to me right now. I’m really disappointed as this is the perfect opportunity for me to socialise. I was looking to join this club but never mind, they’re not friendly at all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent box! Nice people, and you can pay for 1 class if you are just visiting Belfast.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent CrossFit gym with super friendly and welcoming coaches. We dropped in while visiting from abroad, and they were incredibly hospitable. The workout was terrific. It’s in a great location too.

Fantastic experience: Standard of coaching is like no other on the island of Ireland. Unbelievable facility, new and modern for a CrossFit Box. Showers available, and aircon!!!!
