Positive experience: Very good gym. Plenty of equipment that are maintained regularly. Cold water fountain and friendly staff. Changing rooms and showers available. Only improvements I’d recommend: clean/maintain changing rooms / toilets more and have better air conditioning. It gets so hot!

Negative experience: 10 pound a session too damn expensive

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve been too. Love that I get to train here on a daily basis. Great atmosphere, loads of kit/equipment. The leg room is absolutely superb!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Birmingham; the machines are unbelievable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. If I had to be really picky I would just suggest fixing the broken lockers but I’m sure they’ll get round to it; as they are refurbishing most of the gym. Regards

Fantastic experience: This is what you call a gym So spacious and endless amount of choices for equipment. Highly recommended. Anyone moaning about the price, its easily worth £40 pm when you consider its 24 hours and atleast 10 times the size of most gyms with double the choice of equipment . Cant believe its take me so long to come back here.

Negative experience: Decent range of equipment, but too many negatives. Music is far too loud, like deafeningly loud. And some of the equipment is ripped and mouldy, and also some equipment isn’t cleaned often as there is cobwebs present on the lat pull-down.

Positive experience: Such a good equipment based gym, just cannot understand why its so loud, that sort of volume might be acceptable in a commercial open plan huge gym, but this place has walls everywhere so the sound just bounces and is even louder, it makes it nearly unbearable, if only they would take a ‘consider everyone’ approach with it, having it lower would be perfect, ill have to see and wait now.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Good quality equipment mix of old and new. Nicely laid out and separate rooms seem to stop congestion and make it easier to do the workout. Music was spot on and staff are friendly. I Wasn't expecting to see any strongman kit which was a bonus for me. Seems to cater well to Bodybuilding and powerlifting. Would recommend 10/10

Negative experience: Ordered weights, barbells and matts in May, the matts still havent arrived, many many promised to post them 'tomorrow' but still nothing in October!! very disappointing!!!!

Negative experience: Their is nowhere to park & extremely dangerous if someone is trying to pick one up & drop off. I felt an aggressive atmosphere.No locks for changing room lockers. It's very expensive I used to pay £100 for a full year.i don't expect the Ritz but to expensive for my budget

Negative experience: Was looking to join here post COVID as it’s a bit closer to home but after hearing bad press from people about how they have the cheek to charge extortionate prices I think I’ll take a miss. Just who on earth do you think you are?! Is your equipment made out of gold or something, this isn’t Dubai. People have lost and are losing their jobs left right and centre and if going to a gym for some mental relief to help them get through and you think your prices are justified!!!

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym, well equipped with anything you would want and need for all types of training styles. It's like a playground for bodybuilders! Staff are very friendly and the facilities are always improving - giving back to the members. Massive thank you to Warren and his team for the new outdoor setup. Was great to train yesterday for the first time in 3 months. Quality equipment in a safe environment... OUTSTANDING!

Positive experience: Been going to this gym over two years now and have to say overall the gym is a great place to workout. They have good machines with ample variety and decent opening hours. Couple of issues the outdated changing room and staff are very reluctant to put the steam room on even though paying heck of a lot for my membership.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been to, by far. It's not got a huge influence towards the cardio side of things. Although there is a pretty big section to do cardio. If you want to build muscle In Brum. This is the place to be. Boxing faculty upstairs, also women's area. Excellent gym.

Fantastic experience: Loved it here - 24 hours manned gym. really friendly reception welcome awsome gym equitment. I come along way to train here and the gym was awsome. Loved trainning legs i loved the Hammer strength hamstring curl .. Its like a adults toys r us "all under one roof"

Positive experience: Great place to be for bodybuilding, music is good, but sometimes can be way too loud, it’s not a nightclub guys lol. The is the place to be especially when the body power expo is on. All the greats go here. I will say be careful when getting changed fellas, the cleaning ladies walk in unannounced!! Other than that, more weights than you could need.

Negative experience: Definitely not the best gym in Birmingham, best for attitude, loud music, not putting weights away....staff apart from the older guy are terribly rather talk about what they did weekend or what drug they taking then serve new people....ask to put steam room on and the look you get lol, but no not best gym in Birmingham. And "bloodred" behind the counter weds evening there's no point going to him if he's talking think he's been on sunbed to long. The rowing machine on top floor doesn't work neither does one of the assualt bikes and the punch bags are ripping up! Management need to get a grip

Negative experience: Imagine the unfriendliest gym you've ever been to.. Then add some crappy dated equipment and some members with attitude. Literally a disgrace of a gym. Was so excited about trying this place out when I moved to Birmingham, but that soon faded after one visit. The impressive murals on the walls of all the bodybuilders you know and love can't save this place. The reception staff grilled me like the FBI and couldn't have asked more questions in an aggressive and unwelcome manner. Couple this with the lack of parking and poor location and I won't be going back. Check it out for yourself, you have been warned.

Fantastic experience: Great gym friendly staff plenty of space for all types of workouts inside. Sectioned to different areas for an easier more intense workout not having to walk all the way to the other side of the gym between exercises. A wide range of equipment all kept up to date and in good condition. Changing rooms are big clean and provide safe lockers for all your clothes and valuables. Atmosphere is awesome, murals and photos signed all over the gym of some of the best bodybuilders and athletes in the world. On Saturdays they have a live DJ blasting music too which is a cool touch would definitely recommend a visit if your dropping by or signing up if this is close enough to you. Parking could do with some work but with the area around the business not much can be done.

Fantastic experience: Good gym with really good equipment and plenty to do. Only issue is with how busy it is in the evenings early in the week. No better gym in Birmingham though if you go Thursday - Sunday! Great price too at £30 per month.
